These cables do seem to be more sturdier than standard micro USB cables.
Overall, these cables are excellent. I am always wearing out or damaging the micro USB plug on standard cables. It seems like I only get maybe two or three months on a cable before it gets too loose to stay charging overnight. The micro USB connector on these cables does indeed seem to be more reinforced. That is usually what fails for me. I never damage the actual wire or standard USB end as my cables never seem to last long enough for those things to get damaged, but that micro USB side, yeah that’s where they fail for me. I charge my mobile phone nightly and am always buying replacement cables because I will find that it’s not charging my phone even though the cable seems seated all the way into the jack. If I use force to press and hold the plug into the jack it will usually start charging. That’s my sign to throw that cable away and get a new one. I’m hoping with the reinforced plug to get more life out of these cables. And since it’s a three pack, I can at least guarantee 6-9 months of good connection. I have a feeling it will be longer than that though. Love the length, and the braiding. There’s just nothing bad I can say about them based on appearance, materials, or what I can see of the build quality.

First cord broke within 1 day, other 2 are still working
UPDATE 3/11/2020- I didn’t change anything in my review. I’m only adding that 2 of the 3 cords are broken now. The connection seems to loosen with use. Unfortunately, yesterday my phone fell off a desk right onto the connection point while it was charging. There was nothing the cord protector could do. I still don’t know what I think of these cords. I probably won’t buy them again though. My original cord lasted for a very long time. Much longer than these have so far and that cord took much more abuse.—-I’m not exactly sure what I think of these just yet. The first cord broke after one day of use. I was going to return them, but returning your only phone charger cord isn’t exactly ideal, so I went to the second cord. So far it has worked fine. I believe I have been using it for about 1.5 months now. The third cord is being used for a PS4 controller, and it works fine, too. I got a cord protector to use with my phone charger, and only time will tell if that helps it to last longer. If the other two cords break soon then I will update my review, otherwise I give them 3 stars due to the dud I received.
