Excellent! Fantastic! Perfect! 100%
Every once in awhile, something comes along like this, and it’s a little hard to believe. If you’re thinking about making a purchase, through this vendor, think no more. Professional from ordering … to less than 2-day delivery. I ordered it on a Friday night, and it was here on Sunday. The device itself, is flawless. Not a single mark or scuff on it. Looks absolutely brand new, and works perfect. I bought this Surface Pro 5, to replace my dead Surface Pro 4. I was able to use my old pen from my Surface Pro 4 and the AC adapter, so now I have two. This device has a matte finish for the display. That turned out to be an added bonus, because I only use it for drawing in Sketchbook, and my old pen works better with the matte finish, as compared to a glossy finish that was on my Surface Pro 4. So, even the interaction with my pen is better. The INCLUDED type cover still has the plastic on it and looks brand new as well. And finally, it’s also running Windows 10 Pro. The vendor included a quality control checklist that they used prior to shipping. 100% passed (obviously), so that was a nice touch. I can’t find a single thing to complain about. Easily one of my best purchases ever. Thank you.

Better All Around
I have had several Fire tablets and each upgrade has been much better. The Fire 11 continues the trend. I like having the keyboard option so I’m not constantly cleaning the screen. The performance is noticeably better and consistent. I’m hoping the battery life holds for longer than past models. That is primarily why and when I upgrade, the battery life drops to less than an hour after a year or so. I have charged the 11 once in two weeks, this is a good start.

Could not get the touch screen to work consistently
I tried and was patient but the touch screen would work when it wanted to. Perhaps the version of windows requires too much horse power and hardware could not keep up. I’m going to but a new unit.

Keyboard didn’t work
The price was good and it looked like it was going to be fine until I tried to type. The @ was mixed with the “. I didn’t try all the keys but… I didn’t see how to just exchange the keyboard so I sent it all back for a refund.
