I recommend this portable charger.
Iv been using this portable charger for a while now and it is still the same as when I got it. I recommend this because it charges my phone (iPhone 13 pro) 2-3 times before it runs out of battery. It has a nice sleek feel and the size is the same as my phone which is good.

Potentially Great If You Get One That Works
I would avoid this particular model going forward, if not Mophie altogether. Not only is this model heavier than similar competitors, but they have known issues for this model but do not seem to have bothered to fix it. I experienced 3 bad ones, with the original not holding a full charge before depleting, and the two replacements not working at all, in line with the others online reporting problems. The problems you will find online include four blinking LED dots when charging, and not charging any other device or accepting a charge regardless of circumstance.Unfortunately, they make you pay to have a replacement shipped under warranty, and then when *their* carrier loses the return package with the bad one, they hesitate to refund you the money. Their support people seem helpful enough when you can reach one, but they take days to respond. Mophie used to be great, but that seems to have changed.

First Impression Pretty Good
I purchased the Powerstation Pro AC (2023) – 27,000 mAh unit. First impression is pretty good. Came well packed. Feels solid. USB-C 12 inch cable included. I used the 65W charging brick from my MacBook Pro to charge it up from 75% to 100% in two hours (it probably charged in less time, but it was two hours before I checked on it). Ran the MacBook Pro like a champ. Also charged my phone up full from 75% in about an hour. So far so good.A few downsides that caused me to knock the rating down a star:1) No numeric display, just 4 status lights. Cheaper power banks have better status displays.2) No charging brick included. For the price I paid, would including a 25W wall charger run the profit margin?3) No manual, just a quick start guide in print so small I needed a magnifying glass to read it.Iâll revisit this review after I work this PowerStation out for a bit, but it seems promising so far.

If You Travel, But it Now!
I love my Mophie. On a full charge I can charge my devices many times. Anticipated it would be heavy in my briefcase and it was (is). Small price to pay for piece of mind, knowing my devices will stay charged. I opted for the XL and am glad I did. Recently traveled to Europe and what a savior.

Works fine, needs more instructions
This is very simple to use, but comes with basically no explanation of how to charge it. The information I found by searching this page was wrong, too. The usb-c port with the green around it (and the charge symbol) is the one you have to use to charge the power bank. There’s a very faint on button on that side of the device you can press to see if it’s fully charged (when it is, all 4 lights will light up.) . Once it’s charged (mine was fully charged after 15 hours, possibly sooner but I didn’t think to check earlier). Contrary to what a lot of people said, there is a usb-c cable included. It’s inside one of the small rectangles of cardboard in the packaging. I plugged a smartphone into it, and it fully charged from 40% to full in a little over an hour. It didn’t drain the bank that much to do it.
