This phone has been buggy from the start. Very slow, unresponsive touch display, fails to open/operate the apps well, I can usually only keep two apps open at a time or the apps lock up, the apps will crash. Additionally, it was sent with Verizon bloatware apps.It’s clear to me (I was a wholesaler of cellular devices for 15+ years) the vendor didn’t do a factory reset. The internal memory seems to have significant degradation. Now the display is beginning to flicker.

Be wary: This is a 4gb ram phone NOT a 6gb as advertised.
To be real: this is a very good phone with incredible battery life. I get 3 days out of it. However, I’m seriously downgrading the overall review because of misrepresentation. It’s advertised as 6gb ram and it is actually 4gb. This will affect you if you do serious multitasking or whatever.The “excellent condition” one I received really was — not a mark on it.Another thing to be aware of: these refurbished, unlocked phones may have begun life as a carrier locked unit. For instance, mine was an AT&T phone before. Some carriers do not have updated databases which will show this phone as unlocked.I ran into this with “Visible” (Verizon budget carrier). Their customer service is nearly non-existent so I switched to another budget carrier called “Mint Mobile” (basically discount T-Mobile) rather than go through the dance of getting them to recognize my phone as unlocked.So, despite the 3 stars I gave it, for the price you pay, this is actually an excellent phone. If not for the misrepresentation, I’d give it 4 at least. The fingerprint reader on the power button is excellent.Worst characteristic of the phone is minor: it’s somewhat thick compared to many phones these days — but for me it’s fine. It is certainly worth the low cost here in refurbished phones.UPDATE: Heard from the seller and they have refunded me a reasonable amount of money for the 4gb vs. 6gb memory size. Hopefully they will update the listing. I’m upgrading this review to 4 stars based on the sellers customer service which was prompt and excellent.

It works
The phone itself is nice. It gets the job down. However, I do not care for the processor in it, though. It struggles to open and close apps sometimes. The phone also had a hard time using apps if Google maps is open. Everything, especially the camera, slows down and barely works.

It’s an okay phone, but
My mistake. This phone has 4 gigs of ram. The one that I have and was replacing has 6 gigs, so there’s a noticeable difference in speed. Letting you know to double check in your “About phone” before buying this one. I also see there is one like this with 8 gigs of ram. Addtil. This doesn’t work well at all. Have to clear the memory frequently to use maps, etc. disappointed.

Only had 1 day but so far great. Took sim card out of old phone and worked with no problem

Good looking phone but
Good looking phone. Was a Verizon carrier phone and didn’t work well on T-Mobile. Lacked the right frequencies to work properly on T-Mobile. Had to return phone. Easy return, but a little slow on the refund. Part of the problem was getting held up in return shipping process.

Not unlocked to all carriers
Even though it said unlocked to all carriers it was actually only unlocked to Verizon. This was the 2nd attempt with the seller. The first one was unlocked to AT&T only.
