Good phone
I cracked my screen on my other Ace UW and found this was cheaper than getting the screen replacement. It’s actually faster than my old phone so the pain of reinstalling everything was worth it.

The phone I purchased and had to eventually, and inevitably, return was locked. Not locked TO Verizon. That was no problem, I use Verizon anyway. No. It was locked BY Verizon! Meaning, even Verizon won’t activate this phone for use.The IMEI number does not exist within their “usable” database. You see, each phone has a barcode on the box that has to be scanned by a Verizon rep or store at the time of purchase before it can be activated. This is for theft prevention. You can’t just walk out of a Verizon store with a phone you haven’t paid for and have it work. If it is not scanned, the phone becomes, at least in my case, a $50 paperweight. It can NOT be activated and it will not accept SIM cards other than the one that comes with it. So, I took mine to a Verizon store and explained where I got it, showed that I paid for it, and asked if they could scan it so it could be activated. HA! Yeah, right. The world would come to an end before that would happen! Based on the Verizon rep’s reaction to my request, I think this phone “fell off the back of a truck somewhere” before I was gullible enough to buy it. I saved $30 by buying this phone instead of the exact same model from another seller, but I wasted a week waiting for a replacement and suffered hours of frustration trying to get it activated, to no avail. Not to mention, the embarrassment of being seen as gullible AND cheap. After which, I had to spend the additional $30 anyway to get a phone that worked. The bright spot in all this was that Amazon refunded the purchase price for this phone immediately after UPS picked it up.My mama always said, “If it seems too good to be true… it probably is.” Words to live by.

This is my second Motorola phone. I sure hope it doesn’t do what my last Motorola did. Phone just went crazy. Couldn’t get to settings to shut down.

Bien el teléfono en condiciones fÃsicas . Pero por ser Verizon no es posible usarlo con redes telefónicas en México si no pagas una liberación que es superior al costo del teléfono. Tal vez hay quien lo sepa pero lo escribo para que lo tomen en cuenta

No es recomendable comprar si no estas dentro de los estados unidos, llegando a otro pais este se bloquea esto me paso cuando lo recibi y hasta el momento sigue bloqueado, repito si eres de otros pais q no sea estados unidos se te bloqueara no lo recomiendo.
