This computer is a fantastic prebuilt. This will run any game perfectly. I bought it for a streaming PC, and its fantastic. I had my friend buy it for their streaming and gaming PC all in one, and there are no issues. This price… it’s a STEAL. ACT FAST!

Excellent system and value
This PC worked great right out of the box! Itâs been three months now, and I have not had a single problem. The system has been very responsive, even with the stock 16GB RAM. Games and video run super smooth, and the five fans are whisper quiet. My wife thought it was going to sound like a jet engine, until I powered it up and there was no noise at all. I would not hesitate to recommend this PC.

MSI does not stand behind their products
The supplied mouse was defective. When I contacted MSI, the representative said they cannot offer a replacement mouse because it was a âfreebieâ that came with the desktop. He said no warranty on the mouse or keyboard. Weird, strange customer service to lose a $1600 sale for a $10 mouse.

Great gaming PC!
This computer works incredibly well as intended, but the first time I ordered it, it did have to be returned due to the power supply fan not functioning properly. I was refunded properly (although it took a month to get the refund) and I ordered again, the second one seems to be working correctly even after a couple weeks. Very quiet fans, so your microphone won’t have background noise. It is also a steal of a price on the parts. At this moment, the parts cost more than the pre-built!

Black screening in less than 60 days
I’m requesting support from MSI to troubleshoot the video randomly cutting out. I may need to do a RMA request. Before it started acting up I had no complaints with the system. Provided the problem is resolved in a timely manner at no cost to myself I would recommend this system to others.
