Great Product, Great Service
The package arrived right on time, it took 6 days! The laptop was in retail manufacturer’s packaging which I was eager to see, and the seller did great to ensure safety of the laptop and proper handling. I had a question for the seller and used the amazon messaging system and they replied exceptionally fast and answered my question. Very very happy with my purchase so far!

Compré este producto y por falta de tiempo no lo pude usar, lo encendà una vez, lo tuve 10minutos encendido y no lo use más hasta 2 semanas después que vuelvo a agarrar, lo pongo a cargar e intento prenderlo y no enciende más, entonces comienzo con la devolución dado que el producto no encendia más, hago la devolución (el producto sin uso practicamente) y me hacen el reembolso, el reembolso por $300 usd menos de lo que habÃa pagado, hasta ahora no me dan explicación de por qué por reembolsaron $300 menos.

Gaming Laptop
This laptop runs games with no issues. I have downloaded and tried three games with no issues. I played Guild Wars 2, Farcry5, and Techen8 on this machine and it ran smoothly. I also use it for work and hold Zoom conference calls all day long from this machine. The webcam is crisp and sharp and this machine handles all teaching activities with no issues.

Holy fast shipping.
Holy fast shipping, less than 14 hours and it went from cali to indiana. Also product is metal cased for the chassis. The labels are accurate ð. Dxdiag said i got what i ordered.I had an issue with the F key. It just felt more resistive but that issue seemed to have fixed it’s self for now. I would totally recommend this laptop.

Don’t buy if you care about a sharp picture with accurate colors
This computer works great. It turns right on, it’s fast, but the colors and clarity of the picture are terrible. MSI customer service is really good. They answered the phone right away and tried to help. At first the guy was telling me the picture looks fine for a laptop. But I’ve had quite a few laptops before, and the picture on this one is by far much worse than any of the others I’ve had. The guy got a bit frustrated with me, but he kept trying and finally found under the specs that this one has 45% NGSC screen, which means the picture will look washed out. There’s no fix. I’m stunned anyone would make a computer and call it a “gaming” computer AND with a 17″ screen and intentionally make it have a bad picture!! Amazon is very kindly letting me return it, so I’m impressed with both MSI and Amazon’s customer service. I just want to warn everyone about what you’re getting before you spend your money on this laptop.
