Seance –
Very loud intrusive fan runs nearly constantly.
Because my usual online store was out of stock on these, I ordered from Amazon. I actually ordered 2 of these my spouse and I – my spouse got the lucky one where the fan doesn’t run constantly. I didn’t…. I have a platform (with open fans) underneath this laptop, and it’s inclined so it doesn’t sit flat. Still, the fan kicks on nearly any time I do anything and it’s incredibly loud – enough to be intrusive when playing pc games. It’s not Amazon’s fault – however, had I known that some of the models have this issue, I would have purchased a different item.

Hasn’t worked since I got it.
I’ve had this laptop for a couple of months now and it hasn’t worked at all. When using if I try and alt tab the entire screen freezes, if I try and play a game the keys stop working. I’ve spent probably around 10-12 hours on support calls tryi g everything to fix it and nothing has worked for more than a day. Disappointed and definitely done with msi products.
