Works well, until it doesn’t
I use this headset daily as I work in construction and it’s handy to have 2 so swap one out every day while charging the other. After about 3 weeks one of them completely died. Won’t turn on, won’t charge, no LED lights of any kind, totally dead.
Until that happened I loved the battery life which later all day reliably and the sound was good. Just wish it didn’t brick itself so fast. Worst part is in order to return it if have to send back the other one as well which is working and then since it’s a used product the return policy states is likely not get a full refund and replacement wasn’t an option. Such a shame.

Customer service reached out and offered to make things right by replacing the order or refunding it. I had already ordered the same headset and except for the one that died I have been very satisfied with it so I opted for the refund. They promptly credited back the full amount and I highly recommend this headset now. Solid product and top notch support. Edited to 5 starts!

Work well, charging touchy

Customer service reached out and sent a replacement set, this time with the expected charging cable and earbud tips.
Now that I have the proper cable, charging works well and the cable stays in place. I typically get 2-3 days out of these depending on how much I talk on the phone.
Sound quality is good; I usually use just one bud when I’m on the phone or both if I’m listening to music. Callers can’t tell I’m using a headset and I hear better than I do just holding my phone to my ear. I love being able to talk hands free while I’m cooking or gardening. And the customer service is stellar!
ORIGINAL – I’ve used this style for several years from different brands and I’m pretty hard on them so I’m lucky to get a year out of them. I tried using my phone charger to charge but it didn’t fit well in the port and sometimes falls out before I get a full charge.
This set was supposed to come with the charging cable or earbuds tips but they are not in the box.
They work well as they should for calls mostly and some music but not having the charger is a disappointment so I’m returning. **EDIT** No way will I return these now that I have the right cable!

Good for the price, but quality differs per headphones.
I’ve had two sets of these now. The older model lasted me 2+ years of heavy and near daily use. I only replaced them when one of the headphone cables finally started cutting out, but I was happy with the cost, battery life, and quality.
The second set, which was this newer ‘shark’ model was a little more disappointing. The audio quality was noticeably worse (way more tinny and lighter on the bass) and the magnets in the ear buds were reversed so they would not keep together and I couldn’t stow them. It made it more annoying to bend down and get hit in the eye by the earbuds. I still used them almost daily for hands free calls and general audio, but people I talk to through them do comment that the mic quality is not the best. And now it’s been 6 months since I ordered them and one earbud has completely died. I’m torn about ordering a new set. My first set was so good, especially for the price point, that it makes me hope that the second set was just a fluke. On the other hand, the second set is generally disappointing, but the battery life still means I can go several days on a single full charge even when I forget to turn the headphones off and it goes into standby.
If you are looking for a cheap set of headphones that can handle some wear, it’s hard to beat the price of these. Battery life is great, audio is just okay. Even at it’s worse it’s mediocre but not bad. The quality of the headphones, in my experience, varies.

Dead on arrival
I’ve been using this particular headset for over 6 years, and until now never had an issue. In fact it’s been even better in quality and dependability than I’d hoped, which is one reason I never hesitated to buy the same product when an old one finally conked out (I use it often for both placing phone calls and when exercising/sweating, and frequently stick it into purse/luggage compartments when traveling). So I’m quite puzzled over what happened with this latest purchase. I charge up the headset, but upon pressing/holding down the power button, it never turns on. Normally if you have one of the earplugs in your ear, you will hear a voice say “power on” and feel the headset vibrate. Neither of those happened. I plugged it back in, thinking maybe I hadn’t charged it correctly. Watched for the light indicator that says it’s charging, and then the light indicator that says it’s charged. Tried again, pressed the power button – holding it down for 5, 7, 10+ seconds. Nothing. Pressed the power button repeatedly. Nothing.
Reread the instructions. Tried again to press and hold the power button (keep in mind I still own another of this particular headset that still works, so I’m very familiar with how to use it). Nada. I finally gave up, reassembled it in its original packaging, and sent it back. Thinking it must be a fluke – maybe from a “bad lot”? – I found another seller, selling this exact same headset. And experienced the same exact issue! I plugged it into the charger, waited a couple of hours to ensure it was charged up enough to at least turn on, pressed/held the power button……nope. Husband gave it a try. Nope. So I sent that one back too, and ordered a completely different headset from another seller. Thankfully that one is working fine, but it was disappointing to have to make the switch.
