Great Bluetooth product
I can listen to my music or watch videos without bothering anyone else in the room or in public. Great sound and volume control and holds a charge well. I recommend this as earpieces are soft and the unit around the neck is shaped for comfort.

Sound isn’t great
I was replacing earbuds kind of like these that I got from Verizon/Samsung that cost the same. I have had them for a long time and they were great, but I lost them last weekend. Unfortunately the sound on these is not even comparable.

It was fine for seven months then stopped taking charge. No matter what I try it will not take a charge. I cannot get a refund. Infuriating.

Fuzzy with phone calls
The one I received has issues with charging properly. It is great for listening to music & podcasts, but phone calls are very fuzzy & the sound to hear the other person gets quieter than the music volume. Will not purchase again.
