If the earbuds fails to pair/disconnect/no sound/one earbud does not work, make sure the earbuds are charging properly and manually reset them (refer to the user manual for reset method)

These work great!
I love these headsets. Iâve had them for over six months. The battery holds up really good. I use them about six days a week in the gym an hour at a time. At the end of the week, the battery still holds strong at 80ish percent. The quality is excellent to listen to music and watch videos while working out. However, you canât use these for regular phone conversations. Another plus, they do not fall out of my ears. I typically have issues with headphones falling out due to fit. No issues with these. I would buy this again. Worth the money.

Really great quality!
I got these after using an earlier model for several years and finally accidentally leaving one on an airport shuttle. I liked the others so much I got these newer models. Most earbuds hurt my ears, but these have great sound, are comfortable to wear for hours, connect automatically once paired & I love their compact charging case. The charge lasts a long time as it is, but itâs easy to recharge on the go. I like that this new pair tells you the charge level on the outside now. But I think Iâm most impressed with the fact that after wearing them gardening the other day I had thrown them in my pocket while I was putting my tools away. I was tired & forgot that & ended up sending them through the washer & dryer in my pants pocket. I thought for sure Iâd be replacing them, but they are working perfectly even after that. Iâve bought more expensive headphones over the years, but none have made me as happy as these.

Really Decent Pair
I’m a big fan of this style of earbud. I find that this pair has a particularly secure ear loop, soft rubber tips, and moderately powerful drivers. The result of that combination of features is a pretty enjoyable listening experience for a low price point.I haven’t found the range of the earbuds to be noticably different from any competitors at the price range, and I’ve tried a few of them. The charging case feels good, the components feel secure and of higher quality than the price suggests, the display is clear, and it holds its own charge well for days in row. The buds, once placed in the case, also charge quickly and last for hours.I have no real complaints about these headphones, however I wouldn’t describe the sound quality as premium or excellent. Sound quality is only acceptable, so I give it 4 stars.

Occiam is Incredibly Perfect
Although many of you here are from the U.S. and find the price cheap, for me, being from Peru, the price is quite high for a pair of headphones. That didnât stop me, though, because I wanted good headphones as Iâm a music lover. What can I say about these headphones? I came looking for copper and found gold. You wonât find spectacular sound, but you will find comfort and reliability. Since I started using them in my daily routine, theyâve become comfortable and perfect for my cardio sessions. Donât listen to the people giving this product low ratingsâthey probably didnât get enough hugs as kidsâbecause these headphones are simply amazing.Also, the support is incredibly fast and truly customer-oriented. They responded to my inquiries quickly and were very attentive to my needs, which makes the experience even better.Unfortunately, I lost the case while getting into a “combi” (which, for you Americans, is like a small bus). That was sad because I havenât found another pair like them here in physical stores. My 1st Bluetooth pair
I didn’t know what to expect because I had never used a Bluetooth pairing set before. I was already getting tired of tangled wires and the constant getting caught on things with my old school ear buds. Then I lost those tangled earbuds so I decided to go in a different direction and purchase these. I needed something wireless, discreet or at the least professional looking so I could wear while working. Technically we are not permitted to wear earbuds but working as a janitor I can get around that rule because I don’t directly deal with people. Besides technology is becoming an everyday part of our lives let’s face it, it’s like an extension of our being at this point. My supervisor saw me with it and didn’t say anything then later I saw him with one too! I just laughed to myself, so I wasn’t the only one that wanted to just have an enjoyable day while working. What’s great about these is you can just put one in your ear while working and have the other ear free to hear and converse with others. They charge quickly I mean lightening fast! When one earbuds is low bc battery just switch and use the other! The depth of sound and bass is awesome! There’s also a warranty if you happen to lose or break these. Just remember to activate it upon arrival. The only thing I wish it had was volume control on the earbuds. You will have to control it on your phone keys. Other than that this is a great pair and Brand.

Awesome for running
I love these!!! I do lots of trail running and I have used these for every run since early September and they have worked and held up flawlessly. Iâve been dripping with sweat and these havenât had any issues, the charge lasts a really long time, and theyâre comfortable. One of my best purchases!

Sound sub for my ear buds!
I love the auto connect once these are paired. The case is nice and sturdy but now a little scratches due to me tossing these into every bag I own. I deducted a star since they don’t automatically show up to be used by my watch without pairing again (even though my smartwatch is bluetooth and LTE) and linked to my phone. These are also comfy even on small ears. I can wear without any pain or irritation.
