Oontz does it again.
I am the happy owner of two different Oontz bluetooth speakers. Big sound from a little package. So, when I was looking for bluetooth earbuds, I searched for Oontz brand first. I’m glad I did. This was the only one with an 8-hour play time. These earbuds pack a lot of sound and the noise cancellation is amazing as well. I work in a new office that looks like a warehouse and the sounds echo throughout the room of 40+ people. I pop these into my ears, turn on my music from the iTunes on my iPhone, and do my work without the noise and distractions from the others. Thank you, Oontz, for another great product and a value price.

Really great value but the controls are acting up after a couple of months daily use
The biggest issue I’ve had with cheaper bluetooth earbuds is battery life. Many advertise eight hour battery usage but I have not found them able to last more than four or five hours of media playback. These actually last all day at work and then some, so big ups for that. I’ve been really happy with other products in the Oontz line over the past couple of years so it was a big “Why didn’t I think to look for earbuds before?” moment and I have been happy with the purchase. For the price the sound quality is quite excellent and like I said the battery life is impressive and puts other budget bluetooth sets to shame.A minor gripe: the little rubber buds slip off sometimes and I have lost them before while they were dangling around my neck, that’s pretty annoying because generally one size of the sets given to you fits way better than the others.A bigger gripe: having used them for a couple of months it seems like I’m having some issues with the power/call button. I’m having increasingly frequent difficulties turning the earbuds on and off. Sometimes I’ll have to press & hold the button three or four times to get them to turn on. More annoyingly when I’m holding the button to turn them off it seems to be registering something different and will start to redial the last person I called or received a call from, and sometimes I don’t realize it until it’s too late.If it weren’t for the issues I’m already having with the control buttons these would easily get five stars.

Fantastic headset at a fantastic price!
I was a huge fan of the oontz budz 2. I saw the 3’s release and picked up a pair. You won’t be sorry. These are a great value and they sound amazing. This is hands down the best headset at this price point and much higher price point for that matter. I always have an oontz headset on me. I swear by oontz. I have their Bluetooth speakers too. Cambridge audio make some great products. No I don’t work for them, and I paid for my headset. This is an honest review. I’m wearing them now! Extremely comfortable!

Still a fan just hope gen 4 are better.
I was hoping that these would be better than the gen 2 ear buds but they’re not. They do have magnets which is nice and the cord is a little thicker but the sound wasn’t as good as the gen 2 (louder than my Anker airbuds though but like this design better). The gen 2 were louder and had much more bass and had a better battery life. Unfortunately they went with the same design which makes them a little difficult to stay in my ears unless I wrap them around my ears but then the mix doesn’t pick up my voice on calls. I’ve been a huge fan of Cambridge soundworks for about 20 years. Had computer speakers that were insanely loud for the size. My gen 2 ear buds lasted 3-4 months before they went out on me but I think its from sweating and wearing them in the rain. These pair started to gain static in the right ear bud after a few days and today they kinda stop working. They’ll turn on and pair then turn off and the battery is fully charged. I have the oontz solo (since launch date), angle 3 (abouy 3-4 years), angle 3 ultra (since launch), and angle 3 ultra XL (a few months). Had the original angle 3 XL and that died on me after about 5-6 months (won’t charge) so that put me out $130. All the oontz products i have now have been great and I highly recommend them and are still holding up so kinda disappointed in the life span of these airbuds.UPDATE. They stopped working completely in about a months time.

This headset was purchased to listen to music while traveling. I did not use it for sport, as I have a pair of Treks Air that I use for running or biking outdoors (paired to my Apple Watch, so I am not especially interested in other features of the headset). These are surprisingly good for the $25 price range and I am quite satisfied with the sound isolation. I have spent much time looking for the AirPods of my wife and family members, this makes the cord of these phones somewhat attractive to me. The stated battery life could potentially be a problem for a long journey. I think this is a good value and recommend them for travel or leisure listening.

These are OK if/when they work.
I needed multiple inexpensive bluetooth headphones for an event involving several people so I bought 4 of them. When I first got these, I was annoyed to discover that they didn’t work at all out of box. Then it began to occur to me that these were probably available cheaply because they are very old stock that didn’t get sold in time and that, even if they are supposed to have partially charged batteries, the batteries probably got depleted in storage and that they’ll probably need a long time to charge just enough to start working. So far (after several hours’ charging), 3 of them came to life (although not fully charged), one of them has not. Since none of them is fully charged, I’ll leave them on overnight and see if things change. The initial impression with partially charged headphones is that they seem decent enough, but I’m still a bit unhappy about the state of the product at the time of the sale.

Awesome headphones for the price!!! Not as much bass as I would like. However totally worth it. The magnetic earbuds help alot when taking one out or keeping them around your neck.
