Works great on plane, clamped to the tray table, or on the document slot, or clamped on the edge of my desk at home. Or even leave it half-open and hold the phone like an easel on the table.It also works as a handle when recording video on my phone. I used to record my daughter’s hockey games with my phone, and after having my hand cramp up, I started to use this as a handle to hold the phone. Much more stable, and smoother motion of the camera and videos!

Fit perfect behind the airplane seat table to hold my phone.
This was a good purchase no more holding the phone and or dropping it. Very simple to use has ability to keep phone held tightly without falling and a sturdy base but yet still lightweight. Phone can be held vertically or horizontally in holder and also easily sits on a table with the weighted base.

Nice to have for plane rides
its actually pretty nice to have on flights especially when your arms get tired, its a vibe. not necessary but its still nice to have because you can use it for other things other than planes you can hook it on anything with a ledge. it works well and its sturdier than i thoight it would be. it supports my pro max

Doesn’t always fit and is a little loud
With some of the newer seatback designs, I didn’t always have a good place to put this. I couldn’t quite get it around the tray table while it was up, and the clamp was too short to fit around some of the other parts of the frame.I also had issues putting my phone in, not because of width but rather thickness. I have a Galaxy s22 Ultra, and I have a case with a holding strap and card slots. With the thickness of the strap and my two cards, the phone clamp part was a bit too short to hold my phone well, so I had to take my phone out of my case to use this product.Lastly, the clicking sound this thing makes when turning and bending and adjusting the position and angle of the phone holder part is kind of loud. That may just be my own preference, but I feel like on a quiet plane, someone could hear my twisting this like 5 aisles away. It’s maybe about as loud as average bubble wrap.

Useful and lightweight
Works well and, once you figure out how to slide your phone in and move the parts, it is fast and easy to use. I configured it into a “V” shape to hang it from my rental car dashboard monitor and use my phone for navigation. When you first move the arms around, it makes a terrible cracking noise that makes it seem like you’re going to break the lightweight plastic. Fear not, it is okay if it moves with your moderate–not excessive–force.
