Philips A6606 Go Series Bone Conduction Bluetooth Headphones are not only cool and futuristic-looking, but also designed with your safety in mind. By sending vibrations through your jaw and cheekbones to your inner ear, they keep your ear canals unobstructed and able to pay attention to what’s happening around you. This way, you won’t miss sirens, other pedestrians, passing cars, or any signs that may alert you to potential danger. The unique acoustic design also doesn’t interfere with hearing aids, so poses a reliable alternative for those with impaired hearing. The lightweight titanium neckband ensures a secure and comfortable fit, whether you’re jogging, cycling, or participating in other outdoor activities. 2 built-in mics ensure that you can take clear calls anywhere. In short, these headphones are perfect for anyone who doesn’t want earbuds blocking up their ears but still want to enjoy music and podcasts on the go.
RUN SAFE IN ANY ENVIRONMENT: These bone conduction headphones are designed with an innovative acoustic system which leave your ear canals completely open, so you can stay aware of your surroundings during outdoor workout sessions. They also come with a high visibility LED safety light that can be controlled through the Philips Headphones app.
SECURE FIT AS YOU MOVE: The lightweight titanium neckband is flexible and durable. And they rest directly on your cheekbones, so will stay put no matter how you move.

LONG-WEARING COMFORT: Traditional over-ear headphones and earbuds may leave your ears feeling sore after a few hours, especially if you have sensitive ear canals. These bone conduction headphones certainly won’t. They also fit snugly around your ears, no matter the size and shape of your head.
NEVER MISS A BEAT OR CALL: Button controls let you skip tracks, take calls, wake your smartphone’s voice assistant, and more. The 2 built-in mics promise clear calls while exercising outdoors.

Great price point, and it uses USB-C for charging!
I purchased these primarily for the purpose of cycling, and because they use a USB-C cable for charging, and they’re competitively priced. I’ve used them for about a month now and they’ve held up well.In terms of battery life, it lasts about 8 hours of continuous use, which is roughly what the manual estimates. I will say that when turned off, the battery does seem to drain more quickly than some of my other headphones, but if you’re using them regularly, this won’t be an issue. I only noticed because I was not able to ride my bike for a week during a heatwave. For sound quality, the bass is lacking, but I that is typical for bone conduction headphones. Overall, I think the sound quality is good for its price point. As stated, this device uses a USB-C charger, and the charge port is covered by a latch to protect it from debris. The latch can be difficult to open at times, especially if you do not have long fingernails. Not a big deal, but can get a bit annoying when you’re covered in sweat after a workout. As a final note, the left earpiece has a tactile button on the outer side. The button is not obvious and the manual at first made me think the button was touch activated. This is something to watch out for, as I thought at first my button might have been defective.

Amazing if you’re using them as intended.
Reviews on these are mixed at best so I figured I’d give it a shot. I have spent at least 4k on headphones from Beats to Bose to AKGs. The only thing I’ve never really had would be any of the newer Apple products as I’ve always used something android. With that out of the way these are hands down, the best open ear bone conducting headphones I’ve ever used. Do they beat any decent wired in ear bud in this price point at sound, absolutely not. Do they compare to comparatively priced references headphones, again, no. Where these excel however is in the very specific niche of people requiring open ear headphones for potential strenuous and or dangerous activity. In my line of work, these are indispensable for the ability to seamlessly speak with important parties while staying alert and hands free. Now, you could accomplish that with any bone conducting headphones but as I’ve owned multiple pairs of shockz, previous Philips bc headphones and a few other brands all in the over $100 range and I have to say these deliver the best sound quality and volume I’ve ever had. They also offer superior sound quality with the speakers from what I’ve been told to most other brands I’ve used. The light in the rear for me is also a great feature as I’m often on bike trails either running or cycling into the late hours and between being able to hear bikes behind me and the fact that they can see me, I feel so much safer, especially if I find myself riding on the road for a few seconds ( I could just buy a rear light but with this, that’s one less thing to charge) . The only real negative I have for these is that stupid charging port. The previous generation used the same charger as my Android. I suppose this might save a sliver of internal space but I’d prefer it just be wider if it meant I didn’t need to keep track of a special cord. Still, so far, there’s nothing else that can check off all the boxes for me like this. If you’re just an audiophile listing to your favorite music, pony up about $300- 320 for some decent reference headphones, an audio port adapter for you phone and an amp. If you’re just gonna be in the gym and you’re using apple products, I imagine your air pods are better. If you’re gonna be outside and you need to keep your head on a swivel most of the time or you’re even gonna be speaking with people while potentially otp or listening to music, I would strongly recommend these.

Do not buy these if…
These headphones are supposed to be so called ‘bone conducting’, but mostly blast sound toward your ear. They get uncomfortable with prolonged use due to the hard plastic casing, and hard to use the built in controls due to their soft coverings. The headphones refuse to charge after less than a week of use, and there is no info on how to troubleshoot or fix the issue. Do not buy these if you are in need a reliable, easy to use, comfortable and great sounding pair of headphones…

They sound like crap, but they take a beating
The sound quality is awful when compared to any Shokz headset. Additionally, the microphone is very bad. However, I love that this is more waterproof than the Shokz. I’m a trail runner and I use open air headsets when I run. I sweat a lot and went through so many Shokz headsets. They usually don’t last longer than 6 months before they go bad. These Phillips have not died yet. I listen to mostly podcasts anyway.

Second pair broke the same way
I really like this headset, but on *Both* pairs I’ve had, the left speaker has come loose and audibly rattles inside. Whenever audio is playing the rattle creates a loud buzzing and annoying vibration against the skin, and makes the left-channel sound almost inaudible. Very disappointed with the build quality for the price, another fraction of a penny worth of extra glue in the case would eliminate the issue.

The sounds from headphone became crackly after about 7 months.
The sounds from headphone became crackling after about 7 months. It sounded like something is lose, or there is a lose connection somewhere.

Bone conduction headphone
Well, so far 9 hours non stop playing music and still ended up with 30 percent battery life. Amazing product. Little bit bulky if you compare it to the Shokz openrun pro premium however, 3 weeks owning Shokz the battery died. Not happy with Shokz. Surprisingly really sound great when you make calls or play music. Super fast charging. Connection is awesome. Pending durability but for now im happy.

This product stopped working after just used for 3-4 times. It is really worthless to buy such a costly product to waste money.
