Honestly I’d imagine the quality to be like a weak steel or plastic or plastic overall BUT NO, this is so sturdy and light like its actually amazing for the price of it and how easy it is to setup. 100% recommend you have to get on of these.

Exceeded my expectations for the money
I frankly don’t know how they made this for $20. There is A LOT of aluminum in this thing. It’s very ridged, which is good for tripod. The base is small so it’s not super sturdy but I knew that getting into this. This problem is easily remedied with the included Bluetooth remote camera button. It has infinite adjust-ability, I’m absolutely thrilled with my $20. I bought it to start filming a silly internet show and I’m considering buying 2 or 3 more just for an extra camera and some microphone stands.It’s heavy, comes with a carrying case, has a bluetooth camera button to pair with your phone or camera. Material alone, there is a significant amount of aluminum in this thing. There are no plastic hinges. The brackets are plastic but also very strong and ridged. Yeah, there are other stands out there but I cannot say enough good things about this stand for $20. I’ve seen $50-60 stands that were much lower quality than this.No, this will not hold your DLSR, but if you are looking for a mic stand or something cheap to hold a phone this is your guy.

Good bang for your buck
This tripod worked great. I ordered this last minute to do a sexy boudoir photo shoot for Halloween time. The Bluetooth button was working perfect and the tripod itself is very sturdy. Everything was fine until the local county police showed up and we were butt naked with scream masks on. We picked up the tripod and ran as fast as we could. The amazing part even in pursuit from police through heavy woods the tripod was perfectly fine. We finally made out of the other side of the woods where we found a cabin so we reluctantly approached the cabin naked hoping to find some help. This hillybilly with no shirt and a shotgun answered the door. At this point we were petrified, but he offered us a place to stay and some food. All in all we would recommend this product over and over again. Will add photos soon.
