Daughter loved the tablet, but woke up one morning to screen broken
Daughter loved the tablet, the included software, and the glove. She made a ton of animations and was really getting into her art! Definitely 5 stars while it was working!Bought this in June and it worked well till last week when one morning the screen looked like this. No signs of damage and not sure what happened here. Not usable any more and was hoping to understand replacement options from Tablet Mart.

great product
i was impressed how good this product is. i have a lot of current laptops, phones, and a couple tablets. i haven’t bought an android tablet in several years, but this tablet does everything i wanted. it still gets 5 stars, but i want to say it’s kind of heavy compared to other laptops, tablets, and devices. there is no way to make it stand on its own without buying other trinkets i think (what do you thinks this is, an apple product? (apple makes everything sold separately now lul)) holding the tablet is good, but there is less than an inch around the outside of the tablet.i also have some issues with the operating system, like there is no way to customize the icons on the desktop/homescreen. the screen is relatively dark with n o way to brighten it to ‘really bright’. i’m stuck with ‘mediocre bright’ as the brightest. i can’t fault the device for issues with the operating system really, but i hope they figure out how to make this device a little lighter, include some kind of 45 degree angle stand for artists, and tell android the icons are super small and the operating system in general is pretty uncustomizable.overall a good product though, i was impressed

Totally Worth it!
I been looking to buy this item for some time but not sure about doing it. Once I buy it and started using it, I realize it was a good buying decision! Easy to use! Pen works perfectly for me. I love Android items, so it is refreshing to known I can connect to all my other devices as headphones, chargers, Bluetooth devices, etc. I use the iPad for drawing, but since I do a more professional drawing I wanted to make sure the quality was more than enough to use it. However, I m not a regular digital painter as my peers to expend in a very high quality iPad. So as an artist, I love this product. I recommend it if you want to draw, take notes for school or watch videos! Hopefully in a future, there are more options towards quality, ram, and resolution. Really worth it!I don’t recommend it for games.

Yup. It’s a tablet…
First and foremost I would like to say kudos to the seller, because this got to my house super fast. I wasnât expecting it until Saturday, it showed up Thursday. Loved that. The tablet itself is pretty decent. It’s got a bit of weight to it that for some reason I wasn’t expecting. Set up was relatively painless, I just wish I could get rid of the massive Google search bar at the bottom of the screen. I have searched everywhere I could think of in settings to make it go away and nothing. Very annoying.I had never used Concepts before and initially I was pretty impressed with it. I dabbled with all the different markers and pens and ect for awhile, then decided to give the eraser a work out. The eraser in Concepts, for some reason, is absolute trash. It lags horribly, it is just not fun to use. The other program I tried was Infinite Painter. That is surprising very nice! Only downside, I have yet to find an “undo” button, which any digital artist can tell you is sometimes the only thing between you and hours worth of work being destroyed from one little mistake. I’m also having a hard time getting lines to not shake. Again, being able to draw a clean line when doing linework is important and so far I haven’t been able to figure out how to calibrate the pen and tablet to reduce/remove the shake.Due to the shortcomings that Concepts had, I ended up downloading and installing Autodesk Sketchbook, which works amazingly well. I recommend anyone who is buying this as a substitute for the far too obnoxiously priced IPad so that they can draw easier, save yourself some frustration and download Autodesk Sketchbook.Other than that, yup. It works and runs just like my regular tablet. I do enjoy that it has pressure sensitivity for the pen, unlike my Samsung Tab.I dropped a star because of the less than impressive drawing apps and the inablility to get a line not to shake when it’s drawn. If I happen to figure that issue out, I may give it 5 stars.

This is truly terrible, possibly the worst tablet on the market
From the very packaging, this seemed substandard, but I wanted to give it an honest try so I fired it up and it took forever to boot. Subsequent boots after initializing were equally as terrible. The UI looks like Android 4.4 KitKat from 2013 and is hideous. I verified it to be Android 11, but it has had no build updates since late 2021, so don’t expect product support out of this. The screen resolution also looks like a pre-2013 phone, dim and grainy. Whenever I clicked on a letter on the digital keyboard or selected an app, there would be a response delay with every tap. The apps were spartan. With all the work of designing a piece of hardware like this, there are no decent native drawing apps. I understand that to get good apps, there is a cost, but this has no option for the aspiring artist. The only one that wasn’t packed with ads was counterintuitive and would draw beneath the tool selector instead of selecting tools. The pen felt tinny, like a cheap pen you receive from a real estate agent. Also, the pen has no pressure sensitivity, no big deal, but the worst part was that when I hovered over the screen, it would write up to 1.5 inches away. I could not doodle without fantom lines and dots being drawn all over it. It has no tutorial or even instructional guides. You would be better off buying a last-gen Galaxy Tab or an old iPad instead.

Had this over 2 years – although first one had a single pixel problem which drove my kid crazy – but he was right. Returned it without problem and got the replacement that works like a charm. It’s basically just a big-ass i-pad type tablet, like everything else out there. You can surf, text, stream and play games … but, it’s also a really decent art tablet. No, not like canvas or even a sketchbook, but nice rendering, colors, tactic response and digital rendering / storing.. Kind of expensive, but worth the money if you want to draw.
