The kids10 tablet does not support fast charging. It is best to use the original charger (10W, 5V/2A), which is more beneficial to battery health and will not consume power too quickly.
3.Why only 2GB instead of 6GB?/How to extend virtual memory?
Kids10 tablet has 6(2GB real + 4GB virtual) GB RAM.
Paths: Settings > System > Memory Extension > Find RAM extend > Click and Select the desired expansion size (up to 4GB) >After selection, Click “REBOOT NOW” in the pop-up box > Expansion successful
4.Why can’t I download xxx app?
Method 1: Settings> APPS> Google Play Store> Storage > Click to clear the data.
If it doesn’t work, try method 2.
Method 2: Go to setting> APPS > Select the Google Play Market application and click Uninstalled Update > Reinstall the required APK

Very slow
This was a birthday gift for my son so i didn’t get to see the quality until the very day. It was slow right off the bat as if it had been in use for years. There are times when i open an app and comes right out. I have to open it several times before it stays open. Also it charges very slowly. Very disappointed, would not recommend.

Itâs only been a week , my baby is only 7month . We hardly use it but the quality is spot on. The price of this tablet is well worth it. Hope that I get my money’s worth. The age range depends on the parents. But the tablet is solid and is very responsive. The full Google Android Play Store is functioning on it, which is a must. I like this tablet.

I got one of my kids one of these and decided to order another for my other kid because the other one is perfect this one lags and dies really fast and is not the same as the other one. I guess itâs hit or missðUpdate the screen broke 4 days after I gave it to my daughter when the other one had lasted over 6 months and is still going strong idk whats up but the quality definitely changed based on the other one I loved it and even recommended it to some one but this one was horrible I definitely will not recommend and will be trying a new brand
