Great product, lasted me 2020-2024, 4 years!
I am writing this as this morning I woke up and noticed that my ponker power supply (this product) that I bought in 2020 (4 years ago) after 3 power surges unfortunately it overheated the unit and caused the thermal paste to go everywhere in the unit (none of the paste leaked out, picture attached of internals). Overall I bought this back in 2020 hoping it would last a while seeing as most reviews said it worked but the fan was loud. I purchased it and got a model that was very quiet! I could barely hear the fan. Now as it is 2024 I guess it ran it’s course and fought till the end. I think for the price, it lasted 4 years of consistent gaming for my xbox. It’s a great product. Such a good product that I just bought a replacement one since the old one is dead. I hope to get a constant product and will attempt to update on how quality is after 4 years

Worked well for almost 2 years
It did have a pretty loud fan but nothing I couldn’t deal with or that was super annoying. I played almost daily for hours since I bought it and lasted for exactly 20 months. I will say we had something funny go on with my power going on and off a couple times in 20 minutes and MAYBE was the reason it stopped working but it DID work after this happened for about a week then just stopped so idk. I guess for the price it’s not terrible but sad it didn’t last longer.

Works well – brought my Xbox to life again
Had first generation Xbox die on me and thought it was the unit itself as the original power brick still showed the original orange LED (standby status) while plugged into the wall outlet. I did the recommended power brick reset by removing the power supply brick from the Xbox unit and wall outlet. I also unplugged the power cord from the power supply brick. MS said you only need to do it for 10 seconds (or when LED goes to black/no color from orange). I left it like this for over an hour and then plugged everything back together. LED still showed orange on the original power brick but when I tried to turn the Xbox on no response and the power brick still showed solid orange color instead of the white color (working).So hitting the internet, a cheap troubleshooting tip was to try another power brick to determine if it’s the power supply brick or the Xbox unit itself. So off to Amazon we go and we find this great power brick from Ponkor. Plugged the power brick together then connected it to the wall outlet and then to the Xbox unit and watched as it gloriously brought my Xbox unit to life when I pressed that Xbox logo in the front right of the unit. Power brick LED went from orange to green (instead of the white) when the Xbox unit is on and working. The Ponkor power brick is very quiet like the original power brick (not much more to describe about the power brick). So far its working great. Maybe in a few months I’ll update this review. Another great product from Ponkor (have their high speed rechargeable battery pack system for the Xbox controllers), not bad for under $30 including taxes.

Piece of Junk
I got this for my xbox one and it worked for the first month, while turned on it has a loud audible fan noise coming from it. After a month this piece of junk stopped working and my xbox has the same power problem again

El producto llegó un día antes de lo previsto. Llega de Estados Unidos así que por eso tarda como 4 días en llegar. Se ve de buena calidad, por ahora no hace nada de ruido y es más liviano que el original. Si algo sale mal con la fuente de poder vendré a cambiar mi reseña

This is one of the rare cases where a 3rd party product is actually better than the OEM version! This power supply works exactly the same as the original, but has a lower operating temperature and the fan is more quiet (not silent, but better than OEM).I gave it 5 stars because it works well and is cheaper than a replacement OEM version, so suck it Microsoft!
