I used to have a similar small, compact, 5000 MAH, lightning port, portable charger I always kept charged in my purse. I just got a new iPhone 15 Pro Max and I needed the USB-C connection. I love how lightweight this is to keep in my purse, clutch, pocket, or backpack for the occasional emergency battery back up. This charger is probably not powerful enough to fully charge a device from 0 to 100% but itâll give it enough juice so youâll be able to use your device until youâre able to fully charge it when youâre either back in your hotel room, back at home or in your car. Itâs not heavy or spacious, it weighs about 3.6 oz and is 3âx1.5âx1â big. The nice thing about this charger is it actually has two built-in charging ports, one for a lightning connection and one for a USB-C connection, both either lay flat in or on the charger. It will charge 2 devices at once which is also a bonus. It charges itself with a USB-C port connection and the cable was provided. The other nice thing about this portable charger is it displays the remaining battery life. You donât have to figure out based on a set of dots how much power you have left in your charger. With the newer devices, this smaller mah battery runs down quickly, but at less than $14 with the coupon itâs a great deal. It also has a key ring attachment to connect it to your keychain or inside a backpack. Perfect for those heavy device users who are on the go. It charged my iPhone XR from 44% to 100% in 45 minutes and only used half of the battery packs life. It recharged fairly quickly. I highly recommend.

Nice to have on hand
My sister has already stolen this from me. Itâs small and fairly light, so itâs not a pain to just keep in your bag, and itâll get your charge up enough that you wonât have to worry about it for a bit. Itâs got cables attached, which is convenient, since you donât have to carry around yet another thing (they add up!), but itâd be great if it didnât need a separate cable to charge itself.

There is no need to worry about cables, the USB-C connection neatly rotates out of the way and the Lightning cable nest into a side channel.This portable power bank comes with a 5,000mAh of energy, and when connected via the USB-C connection, it stayed in place. There is a USB-C port for recharging the power bank, and it comes with a short USB-A to USB-C to cable.A 5000mAh power bank does not actually delivers 5000mAh to your device. A power bank capacity is measured at the voltage of its internal batteries (around 3.6-3.7V), which is lower than the higher voltage (typically 5V or 9V) required for fast charging. The power bank internal circuitry and the voltage conversion requires energy, which comes from the internal capacity of the unit. Also some energy is always lost as heat.The WIXLI 5000mAh Portable Charger provided 2,880mAh @ 5V before it was depleted. The unit had a 20% power loss due to power conversion, internal components tasks and heat.The conversion efficiency of an excellent power bank should stay around 80% and this unit did exactly that, performing as good as well known brand names.This compact portable charger is a very good unit and it can charger devices with both, USB-C and Lightning ports.Be aware that phones with thick cases could have issues using the USB-C connection.

Great portable option, small enough to have anywhere!
If youâve seen any of my other reviews, youâve probably noticed I pretty much live in fear of a dead phone battery. With a teen daughter who often forgets to charge her phone, itâs been important to have charged batteries in pretty much every nook and cranny possible.I found this charger and thought âTHIS WOULD BE PERFECTâ. And Iâll say, it pretty much is!The charger has a very small footprint, much smaller than any other 5000 mAh charger Iâve had before. While 5000 mAh is not a huge size for a battery, it will definitely get a near full charge for most newer phones. It also has a built in USB-C and Lightning adapter, covering most bases for phones, tablets or headset/earphone options that may have forgotten to be charged prior to an all day event.There is a digital readout in front letting you know how much charge is remaining in the battery, which works so much better than the little LED light options. And with the attached key ring, it can be clipped onto a backpack, purse, piece of luggage or anything else. Small enough to fit comfortably in a pocket as well, or be hidden just about anywhere.I am thrilled to have this, and will most likely be hiding this in the teenâs purse before long band jamborees or football games for a good time to come.

Great size, easily portable! Thicker than expected.
This portable power bank is super cute and useful due to its small size and attached cables with different connections. It fits easily inside a tote bag, backpack, purse, coat pocket, etc. for a day trip or for traveling.The videos and photos show it hanging from a keyring and a phone while charging, but I think it’s too heavy to do either. I don’t think it’d be safe to have the weight on a keyring if it’s car keys. And by “heavy” I mean heavier than something you’d typically have on your keyring or dangling from your phone. It just feels more solid and dense than I expected.It took about an hour and 10 minutes to fully charge my iPhone 11 which was at 55% battery. I don’t know if that’s fast or slow since I don’t tend to sit around timing charging speed, but it seemed reasonable. It’s small enough to be unobtrusive when attached to the phone and charging. I did have the phone on a counter as I really don’t think I’d walk around with this connected to my phone, and I’m not sure if that’s even a good thing to put that strain on the phone’s charging connection. Mine arrived fully charged, but I recharged it after using it on my iPhone, and again, the charging time seemed appropriate.
