So sososo slow like any games he tries to play take forever to load if they even do load I paid for the premium membership on the tablet and all of the premium games don’t even work extremely disappointed but you know it’s so cheap I guess I couldn’t expect much I thought Amazon would be better than that but understandably they can’t control all their sellers I suppose but yeah I know definitely not worth it at all like he can’t do anything other I mean it does watch YouTube in very poor quality not to mention the battery dies twice a day everyday it takes hours to charge seriously disappointed also the touch screen is way slow too on the reaction like you unlock it it takes 15 minutes almost to even get it up and running and then the only thing you can do really is YouTube some of the apps work but only in the basic mode even though I paid $30 for you know the lifetime of Premium or whatever it was I think it was like 50 dollars actually I’m not sure either way I’m going to have to buy something else so terrible terrible terrible

Good starter tablet for kids
Worked great til my toddler broke the screen. It held up for awhile before that happened and we also didn’t have a screen protector on it so we will own that. I liked the parental features and kid friendly apps. Speed was slow sometimes but also to be expected.

Really slow
This lasted my kid about a year before the screen was having issues. Not sure why it was losing its touch capabilities but it was starting to become unusable. Was having issues with the parental options. The apps were becoming annoying and had to keep restarting it because it would block the apps that were unblocked. On top of that it was just slow. Battery life was about 3-4 hours which is pretty good i guess and it charges in about an hour. This isnt bad for a starter pad but you will have to make sure your kid is able to use it properly.

Settings problems after sometimes
I bought this tablet a few months a go. Then one day the settings stopped working. Every time I tried to connect to WIFI I got a message ”Settings keeps stopping”. The first solution I tried was to factory reset the tablet but that did not solve the problem.When you factory reset, the next time you switch the tablet on, you are required to register the tablet as new and the first step is to connect to WIFI. still ”Settings keeps stopping” message.Like a good customer, I contacted pritom-tech support team. They suggested I connect to another network (it didn’t work) or I facory reset (Which I had already done without success).I even sent them the same video I have attached here. They seems like they are unable to solve this problem (I don’t understand why because it doesn’t look like a complex issue ).I now have a useless tablet.My question: 1) who has experienced this issue and how did you solve it. 2) Who has a link where I can download pritom firmware (I would like to try FLASHING the tablet).Note: Pritom tablet Firmware is not available on their official website.I suggested to the support team to help me with the firmware but they no longer respond to my emails.I have given this tablet 2 stars because It worked well initially but it is useless at the moment. I will add more stars if the support team helps me to solve this problem.
