First off, these headphones are comfortable and sounds amazing, but the instructions could be clearer. So if you want to change the color of the sides you have to install an app called Razer Audio. you are able to control how the audio is set up and change the color. These headphones were an amazing Christmas present and worth it!

Not meant for gaming
My boyfriend bought these for me as a birthday present. They are hands down the worst ‘gaming’ headset I have ever used. Only connects via bluetooth, which results in terrible audio quality and the worst sounding mic that I’ve ever used. When I tried using them to talk on discord and play fortnite, they refused to work. After trying to get them to work for 3 hours we gave up and went to best buy to pick up a logitech g-pro wireless headset. It was the same price and is many times better.

Adorable and sounds great with a few adjustments
I am a 45 year old woman who loves Hello Kitty. I also game with my boys and wanted a cute new gaming headset. When I saw this headset I asked my teenager about it and he said that Razer is a great brand and that I would love it.As soon as my Razer Kraken Kitty headset arrived I had to pull it out of the box and give it a try. First off let me say the box is adorable and includes all of my favorite Hello Kitty characters. When I pulled the headset out of the box I was so happy and excited to see all of the pink on the headset! I immediately tried the headset on and am very impressed by how comfortable it is. The headband portion has a good amount of cushion making it comfortable to wear for a long time. I was able to extend it to fit my adult head and still had additional room to extend it further if needed. The ear pads are very cushy as well and also very comfortable setting on the ear. The controls are easy to reach and use while the headset is on your head. I was also able to download the app and love that I can change the colors of the Hello Kitty on the ear cups. I have used the Razer Kraken Kitty to listen to music and play video games with my kids and the headset preforms great. My sons have no issues with hearing me on the mic and say that it sounds great.While I do love this headset there are a few small items that could be better. First off the sound out of the box is horrendous but is easily adjustable to your preferences. I searched for specific settings for this headset and then fine tuned the suggestions to my preference. The noise cancelling is good but not great, unfortunately you can still hear a lot of background noise.Overall I do love this headset. After adjusting the sound to my preferences I am very happy with them. On top of sounding great they are super cute and I would not hesitate to buy them again.

Most adorable headphones ever!
The absolute cutest headphones I’ve seen! As soon as I saw them i knew i had to get them for my daughter. She is a huge Sanrio fan and she loved her new headphones. They fit her head perfectly and she says they are super comfortable on her head and ears. They have the most adorable design, they are all pink and white in color, with the signature Hello Kitty bow and Sanrio characters printed on the sides. They have cool rgb lighting that is customizable and a drop down mic. They sound amazing, very clear, loud, and even sound. The mic works well, it’s easy to hear her when playing together, and there is no static sound or distortion. She loves that they are wireless and they were easy to set up. Overall she is so happy with them and says it was one of her favorite gifts. Definitely recommend to a Sanrio or Hello Kitty fan.
