When playing a game and a call comes in via Bluetooth connection, it interrupts my game audio. How do I prevent this?
Press the Bluetooth Mode button (top button on left ear cup) to change setting to “Game”. If set to Dual or Bluetooth mode, it will allow calls to pause you game audio.
Streaming music to RIG 600 PRO via Bluetooth, I get interrupted by audio from the USB-C transmitter. How do I prevent?
On RIG 600 PRO, the USB-C wireless transmitter always has audio priority. To change this, press the Bluetooth Mode button (top button on left ear cup) to change setting to “Bluetooth”. USB-C audio will be disabled.
When answering a call (iPhone), it does not select RIG 600 PRO automatically for the audio path. How do I change this?
In the iOS device, select Settings > Accessibility > Touch > Call Audio Routing. Then choose “Bluetooth headset” to set the headset as the first device to connect to when answering a call.
How do I check my RIG 600 PRO battery level?
With your RIG 600 PRO powered on, short press the power button and you will hear a voice prompt advising the battery level of the headset and the Mode that you have selected. Battery level is also shown in the RIG 600 PRO Navigator app.
Trying to use the RIG 600 PRO app but the text in the app is hard to read/too big (Android phones). How do I fix this?
To correct this, you must reduce the font size in your Android phone settings. This option is usually found in the Settings > Accessibility > Font Size menu. Once a smaller size is selected, the app should display correctly.

Using a a Bluetooth headset
Had it for nearly a year now. It was a little finicky when it was switched between modes, and was tricky to connect sometimes. It required the phone to restart to connect with it occasionally, after switching between modes. Have used it as a strictly bluetooth headset for months, and haven’t had any problems with it at all. Ended up getting a seperate headset for the computer, instead of switching between. Works amazing as a Bluetooth headset though.

I really like this headset. Itcancels out background noise really well. I use this headset for gaming with my Xbox X and to be honest I have friends that I game with that are thinking about getting a set of these. They actually like the one i have over their more expensive sets that they have now. I’d definitely recommend them!

Terrible Noise Canceling
Its got some good things but the major parts you want on a headset are flawed. I tried it for about 3 weeks.1. Microphone felt sturdy but removing it would require you to have long nails to pry it open or you would have to use 2 hands to push the bottom of it to lever it out.2. HERES the big one. Having no earphone rotating was terrible. It allows for air and noise to seep into the earphones from underneath causing sound distorsion and discomfort when sitting in different positions. Made it feel like there was no noise canceling.3. The adjustments for hight felt too limited and it was either way to high above my ears or too lose and below my ears. The sounds distorsion would still be there in which ever hight.4. The ear muffs where comfortable and the top of the head was very comfortable. They at least have that going for them.5. Lastly the app was great. Lots of cusomizable options.I did return this item and got the SteelSeries arctis Noza 5x wireless.

Astro A30s, Astro A20s, SteelSeries, and Audeze Maxwell.Weight:The Maxwellâs are so heavy on your head and anyone saying otherwise is fooling themselves. These are super light weight, you forget they are even on.Comfort:Very comfortable, you can adjust it in 3 increments, which is nice but I still prefer a slider like on most headsets.App:The app lets you adjust most of the setting you want on the headset. I was able to dial in the EQ the way I liked it and they sounded way better to me after that. You can adjust mic gain and other settings you would expect.Ear Cushion:Pretty much standard, these are foam covered in a fabric, they wonât noise isolate as well as leather, but they donât get as hot as leather either.Playstation 5:You set the slider on the dongle to PC mode and these work fine on Playstation 5. I could press the mode button on it and they connect to the dongle and it works as you would expect. Press it again and you can switch it to the phone. You canât mix audio. I wasnât able to have music and game sounds mix.Xbox Series X:Works the same but you put the slider on the dongle to Game. You also canât mix audio within the headset.Price/Performance:Iâd say these are midrange. An excellent price for wireless gaming. They sound good and have lots of features in them. Being able to change the EQ is a huge benefit on the headphones. I would say they are on part with Steel Series Arctis 1, however they trump them in a few ways. The first is having the EQ on an app that lets you adjust settings without having a PC is a big deal to dial in the sound how you like it. You can change the presets easily as well. The second thing they have over them is that they work with just about everything. I had no problems using them on PS5 and Xbox Series X. Not many headphones in this price range can do both.Final Thoughts:For the price you canât beat them. Others have more features but you are paying 2x-3.5x more. And these work with everything. So if you are going multi-console and only want to buy one in this price range there really isnât anything else that hits this price point that has so many features and sounds pretty good. I really liked these a lot after using them for a few hours on each console.
