Genuine Samsung memory – matches part number in my Dell Optiplex 7010
This DDR3 is the same part that came in my refurbished Dell desktop. I’m running Ubuntu 18.04 LTS and the 8GB was sometimes not enough. Now that I have doubled up to 16GB, I shouldn’t have anymore problems (I am not a gamer). Thank you A-Tech Components!
My few years old desktop started getting really slow though it had intel i7 processor with 8 GB Samsung RAM but 1TB Mechanical hard drive . I reinstalled Windows 10 but boot and applications were still running very slow. I decided to upgrade the hard drive to SSD. First, I backed up all files and freshly installed Windows 10 on new Samsung 1TB SSD. Then miracle happened, it started booting in 3 seconds and started running fast. I also thought of adding additional 8GB RAM to give more speed while running few applications and internet simultaneously. When I found this Samsung RAM online, all descriptions including the manufacture matched except last 6 digits of the model#.Just to make sure if it would work, before placing an order on Amazon, I sent a message to the seller, A-Tech Components with the details. I was expecting a reply within 48 hours but Melvin responded within an hour. He requested the Make & Model and Motherboard specification of the desktop to make sure everything will be fine.I replied immediately. Melvin responded back within 30 minutes and assured me that this product will be compatible without any issue and shouldn’t worry. Very professional customer services.Finally I placed the order on Amazon. The expected delivery was by 8 PM yesterday. Though it got shipped from USA, it arrived at my doorstep by 4 PM yesterday on time.I opened and the RAM was in solid package. I was able to install it in my desktop within 5 minutes easily. I started my computer and voilà no issues at all. I can run various applications simultaneously at the lightning speed now. Even Windows Updates are getting downloaded and installed quickly. I am attaching some before and after installation pictures. You will be able to notice slight difference in part numbers (Original one came with the desktop and New).I would 100% recommend the seller and the product.I was able to upgrade my desktop with the total cost around $120.00 including both Samsung SSD & Samsung RAM. It’s worth it.

Die Arbeitsspeicher funktionieren super, sie wurden sofort erkannt und arbeiten zuverlässig. Das RAM konnte somit auf 32GB erweitert werden. Kauf jederzeit gerne wieder.
