Phone works, but causes headaches like the rest
All phones causes headaches for 2% of people, due to radio frequencies… But it does the job, so it’s fine, has a nice camera. You wouldn’t think this was used much, it had only minor wear signs, so it behaves like a new phone. 5G may cause more headaches than 4G in many people, so be careful with getting 5G hype, since in many remote areas there are not signals and you need 4G. 🙂

Not Unlocked With Metro or T-Mobile!
The description states that this phone works with T-Mobile, Metro, or Sprint only. However, after putting SIM cards in this phone and updating to the most recent APN settings for my carrier, it did not work with Metro or T-Mobile and would not register to T-Mobile’s network. That means this phone is locked out of these networks. Furthermore, after reading some of the other reviews, it seems like Amazon is selling refurbished phones that are blacklisted from connecting to any networks, which is highly illegal. False advertisement is also illegal. This leads me to believe that they are shipping out phones without having any idea what networks they will work with, and they are just hoping that they’ll work with the network you need it for. Now I have to sit around all day waiting for UPS to pick up this return so I can get my money back. UPS pickup was the only return option they offered. Usually, I just have to drop returns off at Kohl’s. I won’t make the mistake of buying refurbished products from Amazon again. It was a total waste of time.

First month of use
Its a good phone, Hefty for its small size and is reliable. Used as a main phone and the look doesnt appear bad at all from the third person, Setup was fairly easy aswell to just login to my Google account and read the steps.

Flagship class phone for cheap
It is a flagship class phone for cheap. I use one myself and got some for family members. Everyone is happy with them. I can even play Fortnite on it, surprisingly.

Horrible experience
I was sent an phone that the IMEI was not working. I tried, Metro pcs tried, and the seller asked for the IMEI. After their observations, they said to send the phone back and to contact Amazon. Amazon Go or an Amazon store are the only two options give. To return this defective phone. There are none near me. I asked a supervisor on Amazon customer service and he was rude to the point I had to tell him he need more customer service training. No USPS, NO UPS, NO FEDEX, NO nothing just Amazon go or Amazon store. No wholefoods or even an Amazon drop-off site. There are only 7 stores in NY and I’m not near there. Idk what I am going to do woth a defective phone. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. I WOULD BUY FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE.
