Good quality 2024 phone
I bought this a few months ago for my girlfriend because she likes these type of phones. I am an iPhone guy, but I really like that phone. I think Iâm going to buy one for myself as a back up. I really like how it holds a lot of storage without telling you that youâre running out of storage even though you have it, I like how big it is for movies and calls. It holds charge all day and I appreciate that

The A14 5G arrived on time as promised and was in excellent condition as advertised. All we had to do is insert the old SIMM and SDRAM card (from the previous Mint Mobile phone) into it to get back at least some of the stuff lost on the phone it replaced. (Note to self: Do not put an A13 G5 into washing machine with laundry. It wonât end well.) The A14 has the same OS look and feel as the OS on the A13 it replaced so the learning curve was nil. I just got the phone, so I cannot speak on its overall performance, but so far, so good. Just donât put it into the washing machine.

Seller wonât stand by warranty
Had to have the phone repaired due to son tossing it on the grass. Battery came loose. Upon opening the phone they noticed a missing screw for the motherboard and didnât have one to fix it with (didnât want to damage it by putting the wrong one in). I notified company of issue – this is 100% covered in warranty of phone purchase. Was told to take it sometime else, lots of excuses given. Why would I pay to have it fixed when itâs under warranty?? Never heard back from them. BUYER BEWARE.

I would buy a newer model go to the S types next time but this is a reliable phone that holds a charge fora couple of days which is fine with me I made a good purchase and had no problems with it I believe its been almost 2 years since i bought it.

This review isn’t about the A14 phone, but the refurbished ones that this seller is offering on Amazon. My phone after 5-6 months started acting weird: nonresponsive screen, nonresponsive fingerprint sensor and then the worst of all, resrarting itself randomly throughout the day, sometimes a few times. and it’s not actually restarting, but going through endless cycles of reboot until you stop it. I’ve contacted both amazon and the seller and none of them are willing to take responsibility.

My last samsung was decades old, I’m a senior with no interest with having a computer on my ear lol I am very pleased this phone, came in original box, battery lasts a long time, easy to read screen, nice pictures….I can’t find anything wrong with it. It didn’t come with an adapter so I ordered one along with an extra cord as nothing I have here would work. I did set it up myself, turn it on and the phone walks you thru each step. My old hands that aren’t very steady struggled putting my SIM card in, if I ever need to change that I will totally get someone to help lol
