Great budget friendly phone
I purchased this phone as a replacement of an outdated Samsung android smartphone. However, soon after switching my old information to this phone, I received a message that some advanced features are unavailable but, I am fine with it because the phone has been working great for me so far. It’s an International Unlocked phone so it works with many phone carriers in the United States. Most importantly, double check to make sure this phone will work with your current cellphone carrier before making a purchase.

Would be zero stars if able! Purchased this phone and within 3 months of use it just shut off and wouldn’t turn back on. In doing research and seeing international version the internet will tell you that the difference is simply that you can use the phone internationally without needing to switch sim cards. That is true but also means that any warranty from Samsung is null and void. The phones are purchased cheaply out of Peru and sold as from an American company in Miami for more. When you call to see if there’s anything they can do with the brick they’ve sold you their response is no. Nothing of monetary value and they won’t do anything to help otherwise.

Great phone, but misleading information
I purchased this phone because it said it was 4G network. However, the information given by the seller was misleading. I found out through my phone company Verizon, that the reason my phone service wasn’t so good, it’s because of the network which only goes up to 3G. I had to return it and now get the 5G version.Apart from this, the phone is great for this price! I highly recommend the Samsung A15 for a basic phone.

The description of this product states that it is the 6 GB ram version and that there is a cover is included.This is the 4 GB version , and there was no cover included.
