The phone isnât bad. Canât beat it for the price. Please confirm that itâs compatible with your cell provider. It feels about as fast and responsive as any phone Iâve had. So far so good.

The door won’t open to put the sim card in, yes I used the tool that was included but it won’t open. I need to return this phone and wait for another one meanwhile I don’t have a usable phone top make and get calls, I’m so angry!

i guess the problem with this order was me. the phone seemed perfect but ct&t said it was not the right one. 4g. itook it back and they said it was the wrong searies. i didn,tknow what to do so i just sent it back. i appriate your trouble and am sorry for the seller also. amazon & seller done great. thanks again.
