Great for the price!
This phone is a fraction of the price of modern flagship, top-of-the-line, smartphones, but it works really well considering the price.Iâve had this phone for a couple of days and here is what I have noticed:- If you are coming from a flagship phone, the first thing you probably will notice as you switch between apps is how slow this phone is. Yes, the processor is not amazing and Google Maps takes a long time to load, but thatâs the number one thing you should expect with a phone sub $200! Itâs not something you couldnât get used to with time and patience. Sooo donât expect to be playing any intensive games without some lag and/or app shut down.- While the resolution of this phone isnât spectacular, the colors are incredibly vibrant! Samsung makes amazing screens. This makes the phone look more expensive than it is.- The exterior of the phone feels like cheap plastic, including the lock and volume buttons. Not a big deal if you have a case (which is recommended for any smart phone).- The camera quality is really great. Iâm quite shocked by how crisp the pictures turned out! Usually when purchasing a smartphone of this price you can pretty much assume the camera will be terrible with pixelated image quality, but Samsung does a great job with making sure this doesnât happen.- The speaker audio is pretty terrible, but nothing you couldnât get used to…- Fingerprint reader is very responsive!- Samsung Themes lets you customize the phones UI, which is really nice. There are quite a lot of different free themes to choose from on the market.- Iâve had little to no issues with reception/data with t-mobile while using this phone.5 stars for the price. Some small flaws that come with a cheaper phone, but nothing too detrimental for a person who just needs a phone (with good screen + camera) for everyday use. If you expect more than this then you are expecting too much and you may need to raise your budget for something that suits your expectations.

Excellent phone for the price! (A20)
Fingerprint reader is a tad bit slow, but effective none the less. The time I spent researching this phone was extensive (or so I thought) and the most I have ever on any phone so far. No NFC on this version (international) which I do not mind at all. Currently on the Cricket network and 4G/LTE works excellent. Battery lasts me all day and still get home with about 20% juice left. The extra sim slot gives me hope and drive to one day use it over seas some day. Screen is beautiful and clear. Only reason for the three stars is because the mobile hotspot has issues. Connects to the network but has no actual internet access (like connecting to a router but the but the modem is down). I use my hotspot a ton since I have no actual internet. Once this issue is fixed, (hopefully it does) then I will bump up my rating.*** UPDATE 01/06/20 ***So it was actually my carrier that didn’t allow me to use the mobile hotspot. If you’re on cricket and can’t seem to get Mobile hotspot, call support and they’ll fix it for you. All functions are working perfectly!

Please read this entire review before you go buying the phone
My expectations were met when it came to the value of this phone. It’s sleek has great features and just an all around nice phone. However the only disappointment I had is the fact that it does not work with metropcs! I actually work for T-Mobile and got the phone for my mom, who is with metro. I know about cellular network so being a GSM unlocked phone I thought it would work but nope. I even took the liberty to troubleshoot by changing the APN settings to match the network but nothing. So I thought why not just try my T-Mobile SIM card and what do you know it worked. I didn’t even have to make changes to the APN settings it automatically registered. Bottom line is if you are a metropcs customer this seller is not who you should buy the phone from, or maybe it’s just the phone itself I don’t know.

Impressive Price/ Impressive Device
I am switching from a long line of Iphones and have had it for a week. I just got tired of the media control. It is sleek and simple to use, like any of the Samsung tablets. I love that you can add memory and save my images. I have 45 movies and my entire music collection on the phone. The battery is clearly better than any Iphone battery. It lasts easily 3 times as long. I am able to make my own ringtones from my music using the software already on the phone.It comes in Spanish, but easily changes over. I use AT&T and haven’t had any issues. It seems to have better data download-abiliy than the prior Iphone. It has 2 sim card slots for the Europeans, that is also where the miniSD resides as well which hasn’t given problems but the Engineer in me could see issues in the future. The pictures are easily comparable with the Iphone7 and the speeds at which it processes the images and prepares to take another. For the price it is simply foolish to purchase anything else.
