For a refurbished phone I honestly couldn’t tell at all
Well, first let me preface my review on saying I don’t use this as my main phone, I use this more as a storage partner to lighten the load on my main one. I still haven’t put a sim card in it but it does damn near everything without one! I use my wifi and can do everything I do on my main phone faster and with a much bigger screen.This phone came in excellent condition and it works amazing! It was worth every penny and then some! You’re always a little skeptical when you buy anything used, let alone something that was formerly damaged, repaired, and then re-sold. But, as I said before, it was meant as my side-phone so as long as the storage I had heard about with this phone held true the cosmetics and things of that nature didn’t matter. But the fact that it came looking like a brand new phone was truly icing on the cake. I initially was just going to get the Note 10, I had ordered it and everything and then in the process of looking into what memory card I was going to get along with some of the accessories people favored, I saw some people had said they hated that it didn’t come with a memory slot. And I was like wait, what!!! I thought I had done my homework on it and missed that entirely and that was a deal breaker for me. Needless to say I canceled that one and ordered this 1 and I’m extremely glad I did.I’m a check to make sure I put the right seller I bought from bcuz I wanna make sure they get the credit they deserve and hopefully I help bring them business. And here’s to also hoping you guys get the same quality phone then I ended up with bcuz we all kno everybody’s experiences are different. But I have no gripes with this phone at all. I’m even getting used to the power button on the left side of the phone. Lolz, its starting to make using my regular one feel kinda wierd. Smh.But I ordered mine from Chubbiestech. I think I spelled that right. But shouts to them, amazing quality phone, that came fast, and theres honestly no bad things I could say about it. The phone it was replacing was a J7 Samsung Galaxy Prime, which is prehistoric now. Lol. And I was just gonna get another one of them bcuz it was just meant for storage and I was used to using it for that purpose for many a year, but 200 dollars for an old and used phone…. This was literally going from the stone ages to the Matrix in 0 to 60 seconds. But anyway, I hope this review helped sway at least a few people. It’s a great buy for that price!Oh, and I didn’t rate the face recognition bcuz I still haven’t used it. I’ll come back if I ever decide to. But stuff like that isn’t that important to me.

Just as good as my current Note 10 plus
I got this for my significant other and they are loving the hell out of this phone. And are seeing how much more organized they can be with it vs the iPhone they had beforehand. Another win for team android! The battery lasts 2 days easily before charging unless you’re hard gaming on it, quality looks brand new, the screen had no scratches, and the phone is still a powerhouse performer. One thing I’m little jelly of is that they have dual simcard access. Still worth it

Screen not the same
I purchased this to replace my Galaxy Note 10 Plus. It seems to be performing well but I’m not 100% convinced it because the keyboard does seem to randomly pressed numbers I did not press. Maybe because I’m doing a lot of stuff like uploading pictures and apps so I will test it out for a few days. The biggest issue is the screen. It is not the same as the original Galaxy Note 10+ screen. The screen does not completely fill up and leaves round edges on the corners. Not large but enough for you to question if it actually is a Galaxy Note 10+ . I will post some comparison pictures soon. Due to that I’m only giving it four stars. The phone itself is good even though it’s from 2019. Expandable memory and good picture quality along with screen quality despite the lowered size due to not being original screen. I know the phone is refurbished but the screen should have been made or replaced to the same specs as the original.**Update** About an hour after this review I figured out that yes the screen is different overall. I still have my previous Galaxy note 10 plus and the screen is made out of a different material than this refurbished screen. That explains the round edges and the sound the screen makes if you scratch it with your finger. It sounds different than what the original sounds like.

Great phone, budget price w/no extras (but then you can afford to buy the ones you actually want)
This was BY FAR the the best priced Note 10+ with 512GB I could find. I was nervous about it being a “renewed” phone, but other “refurbished” phones available would have the same concern for me. I appreciate other reviewers letting me know it would not have original accessories….that charger is as basic as it gets, only 1 amp, really slow. BUT I wasn’t buying a charger, I was buying a phone. On mine, the screen was clean, the wireless functions all connected readily, the speakers are a surprising improvement over my Note 8 (I saw nothing about that feature in research), all is functioning as I would expect. I spent just under $100 on a case, a 45w highly rated charging brick, a 5-amp USB-C cable, and a USB-C to 3.5mm headphone jack. Those were all the accessories I needed, and I still saved over $100 on refurbished Note 10+s with half the storage!!! I have no complaints, it is doing well. Everything I read said that even brand new you only get the 25w charger, so I was able to choose what charger, cord, and accessory I wanted, and I didn’t mind that at all. Hope this helps.

El celular llegó en excelentes condiciones, a pesar de ser renovado no tiene detalles en la carcasa ni en la pantalla, se ve como nuevo, parece nuevo. Vamos a ver como me va en unos meses de uso, pero al momento todo va perfecto.Bueno, compré éste celular hace cerca de 2 1/2 meses y no tengo queja alguna. Estoy muy contento con mi compra. Algo que me ha gustado mucho de éste celular es la duración de su baterÃa, bien cuidada me ha llegado a durar cerca de 2 dÃas, normal 1 1/2 dÃas.25 de Noviembre del 2022: Ãste celular salió muy bueno. La velocidad del procesador, la memoria RAM, la memoria ROM, todo excelente. La única contra que tendrÃa que decir es que la baterÃa empezó a bajar su rendimiento aproximadamente a los 8 meses de haberlo empezado a usar. No se si ésto sea normal, pero la baterÃa me está empezando a durar cerca de 3/4 de dÃa. Ya no lo cargo al 100% debido a que empecé a usar una aplicación (Accubattery) que me indica que lo cargue al 80% de su capacidad, y habÃa funcionado y me duraba la bateria cerca del dia completo. Ahora drásticamente ha empezado a bajar su rendimiento, ignoro si es por la duración de la vida media de la bateria o las actualizaciones que hacen que dure menos.Con ésta experiencia que estoy teniendo, me pone a pensar si seguir comprando productos (renewed) ya que es la segunda vez que compro uno y la baterÃa empieza a bajar su rendimiento en un tiempo relativamente corto.

El celular llego en muy buenas condiciones, estaba con la incertidumbre de como llegarÃa ( por algunos comentarios que vi) pero la verdad me sorprendió, no tiene ningún rasguño aparente por ningún lado (de apariencia fÃsica le doy un 97% de 100%, el lápiz viene entero sin defectos trabajando sin problema, el único detalle que no afecta para nada su funcionamiento es el tema de la baterÃa, que su calidad se menciona como buena, (dura aproximadamente todo el dÃa con uso mas o menos frecuente) pero es entendible no se esta adquiriendo un equipo completamente nuevo, de todo lo demás estoy muy satisfecho, se me hizo una muy buena compra, para ser mi primera ves comprando un teléfono “renovado”. ( en las imagenes se notan unas manchas en la pantalla, pero es el cristal templado que le instale para su proteccion), lo sigo usando esperemos todo siga marchando como hasta ahora.

I ordered my device from Device Care_RN and got it two days early. It came in a box with the charger and quick charge block, alongside a 1 month prepaid Koodo SIM Card. My phone also came with a screen protector already installed. Upon inspection, the phone looked completely new, and it acts like it as well. The battery capacity is at 94% and there have been no software issues. Highly suggest this seller as I am extremely happy with my purchase!
