DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER
This seller sent me a defective Note 20 that has a weird screen glitch like it wasn’t properly assembled when refurbished. I requested a replacement to be sent and they sent me ANOTHER defective phone with a screen glitch. The original glitch is manageable as it only happens occasionally but the glitch on the second phone is every time you lock the screen it turns green and flickers. I requested a second replacement and they say they don’t have any in stock and to return the phone for a refund. I need a phone, so now I’m just stuck with the original defective phone and out 250 bucks. DO NOT buy from this seller, they clearly don’t know how to properly fix a phone. In all my years of getting phone screens fixed or ordering refurbished phones from other sources I have never had this issue anywhere else or anything like it. These people do not know how to fix a phone and shouldn’t be in the business of fixing and selling broken phones.

I got this as a replacement to my same phone I had before. I really liked the phone and didn’t want to spend a lot on a newer phone. So now since I gave this phone, I will keep it for a couple years maybe three until my next phone upgrade.

The No Charge Charger
I waited 10 days for this phone, which I brought to replace the one that was stolen from me (too long). I unpacked the box to see a beautiful phone – perfect the right size, no scratches really nice. I notice that I needed to charge the phone before I could set it up, so I plugged it in and waited 30 minutes …….no charge (weird), I unplugged and replugged, waited longer, found a different outlet, then finally I used a different charger and the phone started charging… So the charger is no good. As for the phone so far its a keeper.

Pero si biene algo desgastado de las esquinas de los marcos y aparte viene cargador usb y el cable con entrada tipo C asà que no podre sumistrar carga al teléfono ya que no es compatible!
