Good quality phone
I ordered this a couple of years ago and we are still holding strong. I have had no operational issues, the camera is decent, was able to connect to my service provider just fine. I haven’t had a screen protector on it and it’s still scratch free.

No sd card slot wrong version beware
I was very disappointed to find out, this is the one variant that does not have the SD card slot and it is not advertised or mentioned in the description. Wasted an entire week of shipping and I now have to return and buy a different version. Thanks a lot great business.

“Refurbished” It looks brand new!!
I was pretty hesitant on buying a refurbished phone, because I didn’t know what actual condition it was going to be in. Amazon must have very high standards for these companies selling refurbished electronics. My phone came with a fast charging charger and cord, not sure if every seller does this but it was nice to see in the box. After I charged it I put in Verizon sim card from my old phone (Samsung A51), went through the process of setting up the new phone. Samsung makes it very easy to switch everything over from my old phone with the Smart Switch app. I’m absolutely loving my new phone, looks, feels and performs like a brand new phone. And so much faster than my 3 yo A51.If I had to be but picky, the only thing that was slightly annoying was the 28 system updates I had to do to get the new phone up to date. Very minor gripe. Also I’m not sure if this is with all Samsung S20’s, but mine is able to run on Verizons 5g Ultra wide network, which is a huge plus I was not expecting

Awesome phone!
Everything about this reconditioned phone is amazing including the price except the charger. It is an aftermarket charger and the phone does not like it. I get an error message that the phone is not plugged in correctly so I am using the charger from my S8, which works just fine. This phone was a flagship phone two years ago. I went from an S8 to the S20. It is really fast! The phone looks brand new and was easy to set up. I would buy from the seller again.

S10 Upgrade – Same Phone, Better Stuff
I know I’m reviewing a 3 year old phone but what the hay. I upgraded from my S10 after the screen went haywire. The S20 is virtually the same size, functions the same, but thank goodness it doesn’t have that stupid Bixby button on the left side. Bixby is still software included with the phone that you can’t get rid of but it can be totally ignore instead of it popping up all the time by accidently hitting that button. And who uses Bixby? Nobody, and I’ve read that Samsung is going to kill it off. The sound from the Dolby Atmos enhanced speakers is good, voice quality good, can do Wi-Fi calling, all the normal features you’d expect. Battery life is excellent. Screen is vibrant and the glass appears to be very durable which led to me to not bother with a screen protector. I’ll stick to Samsung as long as I can buy refurbs that are 2 years old for 1/4 or less what they cost new.

Perfect condition – looks new.
The phone was packaged very well to minimize any possible damage that might occur during shipping. The phone was in a generic white phone box I guess and was in bubble wrap. It had the plastic film on the display and around the edges. Since I got a Verizon version of the phone, it did not have a micro sd slot – just a slot that only accepted a nano sim card. And a SIM card was not included, but I got one from Verizon for free. What was included was a 15 watt Samsung charger and USB-C cable, and also a SIM card removal tool.It took about an hour 15 mins – give or take – to fully charge the phone. Everything seems to work well from installing apps to updating software. Very happy with the purchase so far.Note: In case anyone is wondering, Verizon installed the nano SIM card for me and did not charge an activation fee probably because I already have an existing phone line and I was just changing a device on that line.
