Honest Review.
Ended up buying this phone on Black Friday Sale. After reading through the other reviews I was beyond scared that the phone wasn’t going to be great like the ad says. Showed up very fast, an to my surprise whenever I opened it the phone looked amazing. No scratches on the screen, nor the back glass. It was so easy to switch from my old phone to this phone in a matter of seconds. Bluetooth an Wifi works an connects without any issues. I have notice that the battery life felt like it wasn’t holding a charge until I found that I was using an older cord than the original cord that came with the phone. Ended up switching it out an it charges so fast an lasts almost all day with a full charge. I will have to add that the only flaw that I had with this product was a few scratches right beside my camera area, but it doesn’t caused any problems with the back camera’s.

Display died after only 12 days.
I purchased this Samsung S21 Plus that was refurbished supposedly to excellent condition. It was the delivered on September 16th 2024. Today I am writing this review and it is September 28th 2024. This morning I got up like every morning and picked up my phone to check emails and messages and was on the phone for approximately 5 minutes when all of a sudden the screen went black. I can hear the buttons functioning when I touched the black screen but could see nothing. I have the exact same phone which is my old one that still works so I put them side by side and used my phone as a guide for the positions of the buttons on the phone with no screen. After turning the phone on and off several times and recycling it still no screen. Took the phone down to repair center and they told me the display is shot. I could not send the phone out back to Amazon because it has all of my data and information in it personal and Financial. Therefore, I was forced to pay the repair center $200 to replace the screen. The short of it is, I would be very careful with this company. Obviously they do nothing with the phones except clean them up replace some aesthetic parts and put them in a brown cardboard box and ship them out. I wasted 275 on this phone when I could have bought a brand new one for an additional $100 off of eBay in a sealed box. The moral of the story is don’t try to cheap out. More importantly I would definitely rethink buying from this vendor because their products are substandard.

The phone that finally arrived is phenomenal
I would have very much loved to give the product a full five stars for a review, but I had some issues with receiving the phone in the first place. Namely, that it didn’t arrive at all; the box that was supposed to have had the phone with it had been tampered with (the tape was broken, and one of the flaps was sticking out) and the phone inside was missing. As the phone case I had ordered was also missing, I’m left to assume that someone along the way decided to steal it, so buyers need to watch out for that potentiality. However, customer support was quick to find me a replacement, and am I ever glad they did!The phone I received is fantastic. Out of the box, it looks brand new. There are no dings, no scratches, and everything works as expected. It was unlocked as advertised. The biggest draw for me to even purchase this phone was the camera, and I’m not disappointed in the slightest!As I’ve purchased those phone exclusively to be used as a camera, I cannot speak to how any of the call or text features work. It’s doing its job for what I need it for and that’s all that matters to me.

Brand new
I received my phone this week and was absolutely amazed by how excellent the conditions are. It’s brand new. Screen is pristine, no scratches, cracks, dents, nothing. The ONLY “odd” thing is that there’s a MINUSCULE scratch on the back, below the first camera (golden part). You can barely see it, that’s how tiny it is.The device didn’t come in the original box, but it was very well packed. The screen even had that plastic sticker/cover that comes when you get a brand new phone. The charger and the cable were both individually wrapped and sealed, brand new as well. I’m not sure if the S21+ comes with earphones, but mine didn’t, which is perfectly fine cause I wouldn’t use them anyways.I have Straight Talk, so I was a little concerned if the phone would work, and I’m glad to say it did — my signal and 5G work perfectly. The screen colors are super vivid, and the brightness can be adjusted in a very comfortable way. I’ve never had a phone that required such a little brightness level to be so… bright (which also will help with battery in the future). The cameras are fantastic, especially the back ones. Photos come out as if they were edited — bright and vivid colors, great contrast/brightness balance, crazy definition. There are a lot of modes and effects you can use too. When it comes to battery life, my phone came in 84% charged. The first time I used it, I felt it drained a bit fast, but then again I was transferring all the apps, photos, accounts and whatnots from my previous phone to this one. After I charged it back to 100%, it lasted for 2 full days, so I’m pretty happy with it.I recommend not only this phone but also getting it from this specific seller. It came fast, well-packed, and as it says in the description (in excellent condition). I will not hesitate to get any other phone from this seller in the future.

Mon vieux téléphone ayant rendu l’âme, j’ai dut m’en acheter un nouveau d’urgence. Quel fût ma surprise de trouver celui-ci à prix très abordable. J’avais une petite crainte vu qu’il s’agit d’un appareil reconditionné, mais en même temps, comme il était de niveau excellent, je ne m’inquiétais pas trop.Eh bien depuis environ 1 mois que je possède ce téléphone, et j’en suis enchanté. Il fait vraiment le travail dont j’ai besoin. Sachez que je n’hésiterai pas à faire de nouveau appel à vous si j’ai à nouveau besoin de changer d’appareil.
