Amazon service has been great. I ordered a phone to use on mint Mobile in New Jersey these phones said they were unlocked and worked on me. The first one did not mint said it was locked Amazon says it’s not locked XYZ they sent me a replacement to try the same exact problem miscellaneous different packaging the phone itself seems fine but certainly not working on the carrier I try the SIM card in a different cell phone and it works fine..Amazon company and service has been nothing but wonderful over the decade plus I’ve been with them this particular seller certainly does not work for me

ANOTHER SCAM, this phone claimed to be unlocked for any carrier, but after we paid to activate it with my carrier, I could only call wifi. This phone is not compatible with every carrier and will waste your money and time.
