Works great anywhere lightweight easy to carry and use. Love that it came with lights. And the price was a deal for 2. Also comes with remote handy feature.

Cheap price = cheap quality
Pros. The arm does extend a good distance. Will hold your phone tight, also a con see below. The bluetooth button works really well.Cons. I have a samsung galaxy s21 and I have to pry the clip open trying to squeeze the phone it.However once it is in its not coming out. The tripod feature is pure garbage it is made of thin plastic and does not balance at all

Screw fell out second day: became unusable
I bought this for a 3 week vacation to Switzerland. Worked fine the first day, the second day the screw that holds the phone bracket to the stick came out at some point. I was on the top of a mountain preparing to take a selfie with the Matterhorn behind me and without the screw my phone and phone bracket fell to the metal stand. Fortunately, my phone didn’t break, however, this was only my second day of a 26 day trip and no longer had a selfie stick for the rest of my trip. (I searched many different stores in Switzerland; and I spent most of my time hiking. Additionally moved around a lot, so difficult to get Amazon Germany to deliver another one in a timely manner.) Totally disappointed as I purchased this item specifically for this once in a lifetime trip.

Connects to phone easily and intuitively. Works well as a tripod if put on a steady smooth surface and don’t extend more than say 500mm. Sturdy enough given it was the least expensive I saw. Does the job, no more no less. Very happy with it.
