Great quality cord and heavy duty connectors
This has been a great cable for me as I travel weekly and need something rugged to put through traveling wear & tear. I’m impressed with the connectors on both ends as they plug into each other nice and snug as well into the devices I am connecting to. I purchased the model with the right angle iPhone connector and it is very convenient to not have the cord sticking straight out.

Does not fit if your phone has thick case
I really wanted to keep this item but it would to fit into the charging port around my Otterbox case. Itâs a smart design, just wish it was able to charge phone with a thick protective case on it.

### UPDATED REVIEW ###So, the seller reached out with *fantastic* customer service. Apologized for the rare instance where a cable doesn’t work, immediately sent a replacement, and that replacement works just fine. I must simply have been unlucky the first go around. My phone now charges quite quickly with no issues.One highlight I didn’t even have time to enjoy or really notice given the first item didn’t work out of the box is that the cable itself is *flat.* Was that a selling point? No, didn’t even remember that was a component when I ordered the cable. But I love this feature. By flipping the cable vertically, I’m able to pass my cord through a very narrow gap between two wood panels near my desk. I hadn’t been able to do that with my previous fast charging cable because their diameter was just too wide. So, the design of this cable is quite solid on multiple fronts. If you happen to get a busted cable (statistically unlikely), just reach out and customer service will take care of you and make sure you get one that works. Absolutely grateful for that.### ORIGINAL REVIEW ###We live in an era that finds us caught between two generations of cable technology. On the one hand, we have USB-A plugs and Apple lightning charging cables. On the other, we have both item power sources and battery chargers, including Apple products (finally!), transitioning to USB-C cables. One day we’ll be able to throw out the old and embrace the new, but until then we’re stuck with 137 cables we don’t need lying around. Inevitably, the one near us isn’t the one we need. I was excited to find this item, as it satisfies that need – I could charge an iPhone 13 (lightning cable end) or a new iPhone 15 (USB-C), or anything else that uses a USB-C to charge. Great news!Except, while the cable is versatile, it is not functional. It simply does not charge my iPhone 15 at any rate worth paying for. I’m talking a 17% battery increase over the course of an hour. I timed it. There are thunderbolt 4 cables out there that will charge faster than 1% per minute. This takes more than 3 minutes per 1%. Fine if you’re charging overnight. Simply not sustainable if you ever need to charge your phone on a deadline.Unless you want to keep this around as a backup/dual-mode charging cable, I recommend that you look elsewhere into Thunderbolt 4 cables for any devices that must charge via USB-C.
