SilverStone XE360-4677 is a triple 120mm AIO liquid cooler designed for high-end workstations with Intel’s Sapphire Rapids-based W-3400 and W-2400 series Xeon processors for LGA4677. XE360-4677 utilizes nickel plated copper water block with a large-sized micro-channel copper base plate to ensure long term reliability and the distribution of liquid flow meets the large area heat dissipation requirements of Sapphire Rapids CPUs. The pump placement for AIOs are usually designed into the water block, but for XE360-4677, SilverStone integrated it onto the radiator instead of the water block, this allows the liquid flow to pass through the pump first, so heat generated during operation can be quickly carried out; reducing the overall temperature and extending the pump’s overall lifespan. The cooling fans included are 3 x 120mm PWM radiator-optimized fans, capable of reaching rotational speed up to 2800 RPM with a max airflow of 87.72 CFM each. All the features on XE360-4677 makes it the perfect solution for LGA4677 platforms, if you’re in the market for a highly reliable, high performance liquid cooler, XE360-4677 should be on the top of your priority list.

Quiet and keeps Threadrippers cool.
I went from a Noctua NH-U14S TR5-SP6 which at 100% on a 7970 was at about 95c to about 72c using this water pump cooler. The stock fans will go up to 2000 RPM and they get pretty loud (like a wind tunnel), so I ordered some Noctua NF-A12x25 fans to replace them. The water pump has a very slight higher pitch sound on it (the PC is about 4 feet from the floor to my ear), but it has to be pretty quiet for you to hear it.All in all, worth the purchase and keeping my 7970 around 48c at 1-2% usage.

Great AIO
This is the only AIO for SP5 (AMD Genoa) on the market (~May, 2024) and itâs a great one.Picked up two for two Epyc9684Xâs which both can easily suck in 400W each. This pair of AIOâs had no issues dealing with cooling the cpus when each one was drawing 375W in my stress test (temps steady @ 62C) with fans set at 2000 rpm!The only aspect I believe they could make an improvement would be the fans in my opinion, they could be quieter (they make 52dB @2000rpm). I tested beQuiet silent wing pro 4, Nactua Nf12 industrial and Arctic P12Max as alternatives (they all exceed the static pressure and airflow rating of the AIOâs fans) and the P12Max came on top (36dB for the same steady 62C in my stress tests). The other two werenât that far behind (40dB) which tells me that there are at least 3 fans that can do the same or a better job of cooling the rads at much lower noise level. Silverston, thereâs no shame in copying if you copy the best, please do!

Amazing product so far, but will probably replace the fans
Really fantastic cooling solution for the processor. Very high performance. However the fans are a bit noisy so will probably replace with something a little more quiet.

Keeps threadripper pro cool
Keeps the cpu around 10 degrees cooler than the Noctua NH-15 but the stock fans are much MUCH louder. Replaced them with Noctua NF-A12x25 for about an extra $120.Bottom line, it works, but if you care about noise it will be more expensive than the sticker price.

Quiet pump
I have to put my ear within around 6 inches from the pump to be able to hear it. I was originally going to create a video to give an example of the pump sound, but the microphone picked up my breathing and far-away house ambient sounds which were louder than the pump.It is easy to swap out the included fans with quiet Noctua fans. The fans are not pre-installed. Iâm going to use low rpm Noctua fans in a push-pull configuration on both sides (6 total). This way I can get good static pressure through the radiator at very low rpm and the whole cooling system will be very quiet.Overall this is a high quality AIO CPU cooler, perfect for my ThreadRipper PRO 7975WX.

Big difference for a quiet homelab server
I built a custom homelab server with actual server hardware (Supermicro MB + Epyc 7334 CPU), which typically results in an unbearable amount of noise. This AIO handles the 32 cores like a champ, with temps rarely getting above 50C. Coupled with Noctua fans, I can aggressively lower the fan curve so the server is quiet all the time.
