One Correct, One Mismatched Module. Seems to Work if Slotted Correctly.
Had 2 open SO-DIMM slots on my laptop. Wanted to double laptop RAM to 32GB.Ordered 2 RAM modules.Very Fast shipping and good packaging.One module is correct Part Number as listed and matches original RAM:Part# HMA81GS6JJR8N-VK (green)*One module is incorrect Part Number as listed and is slightly mismatched with original RAM:Part# HMA81GS6DJR8N-VK (black, see photo)Photo: Top Module is original (green). Bottom two modules (black and green) are what was received from AISPEX.After a few months Everything seems to work mostly* fine if installed into the correct SO-DIMM slot.Not sure why, but the laptop would only boot if the mismatched HMA81GS6DJR8N-VK (black) module is in the #4 SO-DIMM slot. Check with your motherboard’s manual for correct installation order. Had to juggle modules in different slots to get the correct sequence to boot.Also I did experience a few prolonged freeze-ups (60-240 seconds system completely frozen) when memory usage was near max 32GB but this only happened occasionally in the first two weeks since installation and never happened again since. Yes I updated the BIOS before installation. If this kept happening or if the laptop stopped booting I would of returned the mismatched module and asked for a matching one but so far so good.According to HWInfo: No overheating issues, Clock Speeds run as advertised and RAM timings match for all modules. Having 32GB RAM is very noticeable improvement over 16GB RAM, no more slowdowns when multitasking. 32GB RAM is probably the new minimum for laptops now with Windows 11 or even Windows 10 now.Would buy from memory modules from AISPEX again. Hopefully next time the modules will match.*Note these were listed as “new” but I suspect these are used/refurbished. It seems to have worked out this time though.Good job!

It works great at 2666MHz. No issue aside from my mini-PC deciding to run it at 2400MHz despite identifying it as 2666MHz memory. Luckily, I had the option to “overclock” it in the BIOS and run it at its advertised speed. (Info from “sudo dmidecode –type memory” on Linux.)

I Love this.
I love everything about this product. My memory died in my laptop so I purchased two memory sticks. Now my laptop is faster than it was before and it runs like new. Only for 35.00. They charge you more than that just to make a service ticket to look at it at the shop. If I have to I will buy it again!!
