Comfortable, lightweight, good sound, hard to figure out buttons
For the price, these headphones are really good. I have others in another brand that were 3x the price and are better at noise cancelling but I needed a pair to use at work and didn’t want to destroy my good ones. The buttons are kind of obscure, when you are getting a phone call it’s hard to remember which button to push to take the call. They could have made the phone/answer call button more prominent or put it on the side of one of the ear muffs, instead of with all of the other buttons along the edge. Overall though, they are comfortable to wear and I give the sound quality a 7 out of 10 and that’s coming from a person who always gets the big sound systems in my German cars and has Klipsch and Harmann Kardon at home

Out of the box, I honestly thought these headphones were pretty average. I was slightly disappointed and considering returning. THEN, I found the Sony Headphones Connect app and adjusted sound settings to my preferred balance. Now, these are the best headphones I’ve ever owned! The sound is amazing. I’m so glad I learned about the app and didn’t just return them. Highly recommend!

I tried the soundcore q30 and space ones. Spaces ones had more features but the sound was lacking too much for me. Bass want good and the volume was lacking as well. The q30âs were better even though they are older than the space ones. I returned both since I wasnât impressed with the sound. Both for too loose as well. Kept falling off with little movement. I decided to try the Sony 720n and I am glad I did. Although they do not fold up as much as the soundcores they do have a pretty flat profile when turned inward. Light as heck and fit well without falling off. Very good clear bass and the noise reduction works well at this price point. These have been around for while for a reason. I thought about trying the soundcore Q45, but I saw some YouTube reviews saying the Sony still sounded better than the soundcores and with my experience in trying the other two soundcore models, I figured Sony would probably sound better. You canât go wrong with these Sony 720âs and they have a nice slimmer design to them. Great purchase.
