Amazing gaming headset!
I’m loving it so far! It’s super comfortable. The sound quality is stellar! I am incredibly immersed in the games and it almost feels like I have an advantage over other players hearing their footsteps more. I live that I can switch between bluetooth and wired, because sometimes I forget to charge it. Overall it’s a fantastic headset so far and I’m a very happy customer!

Great headset for the money
Immediately noticed a difference between this and my previous headset. I game off of a PS5 and this is excellent for the platform. Playing MW2 (As an example of a popular game) I’m able to hear enemies long before I see them. Audio is accurate and the volume adjustment is excellent for different games. The mic audio (As noted by my friends) is sometimes robotic sounding. This may be the new MW having issues (it has a lot..) as this is the only game I’ve played with friends utilizing this headset. I will update the review later to give an idea if it’s a product defect or a game issue.Overall I recommend this headset. It’s crisp, comfortable for long gaming periods, and easy to set up and use. When muted there’s a distinct led on the mic letting you know you’re muted (We’ve all been there during a game when you’re giving call outs and you think no one’s listening to you… When actually you just messed up and muted yourself) Headset has a good battery life.At this time I don’t have any real cons. Maybe price at the worse? Regardless I think this headset is worth the money.

Just Donât Use Their Software & Youâll be Fine

As that applications only quality is breaking game audio randomly and at start ups (sometimes). SteelSeries can make amazing hardware, but make 0/10 quality software. The only plus side, you donât have to use their god awful software!

Good quality sound-Easy to use
Bought these to use with my PS5. Works just fine but out of the box, it has all settings at midline. There is a program from SteelSeries that you download for free that allows you to be able to update the chip inside it, which has to be done using a PC or laptop. The app will not work on PS5. So I did the firmware upgrade then was able to adjust the frequencies to my taste. The issue I found is that this particular model on this app does not work like all other models of SteelSeries. This model has more freq settings which is good but the app is only for six freqs. So they need to update for this model . The other thing is that the unit out of the box is not very loud. But after taking the time to set the frequencies and having a game on the laptop come up like say on You Tube while you are adjusting, you can make things so much better. Some have commented that there are better headsets out there that are louder. This one is nice but just takes some TLC up front.

Despite excellent reviews this product was infuriating
I’m not quite sure where to begin, my old headset was dying and I wanted to make sure I had a new headset at the ready for when it happened. Well that day came and I discovered very quickly just how frustrating this particular device was. Requiring the app to be able to use it all was annoying, but I figured I could tolerate it. However part of the process involved having to sync the device. Despite being connected to known working ports at the back of the computer directly (which was specifically what it said to do in the user manual) it took 7 attempts and port swaps before it was finally willing to recognize the headset and allow me to use it. After this I ended up with shaky audio despite having run the app for the product and having set everything, but both my voice and the sound was extremely shaky. After attempting an adjustment of ports I discovered thjat doing this required a re-sync and another round of frustration to the point that I felt like screaming. The setup for the headphones is needlessly complex and the price is far too high given the extremely low quality of sound on both ends of this despite doing everything that I was supposed to do. AT this point I would not recommend this product or company to anyone at any point and am honestly angry at myself for having given them a chance

They feel great and work very well I use them every day for work, I don’t get the full 40′ of distance from my computer they advertise but they let me roam my home.The steelseries GG app for windows works well to separate all the audio and provide noise canceling to the mic, I wish there was some noise canceling built in cause when I use it on my PS5 my friends can hear all the little sounds in my house.

Pues el audÃfono es muy bueno en cuestiones de calidad, los materiales se ven excelentes en negro mate, la comodidad es súper buena son excelentes con el audio pues es bueno pero no le llego a mis espectativas ya que tengo unos de play station pulse de ps3 que la verdad no le llegan pero si suenan bien cumple con lo que promete, la duración de la baterÃa es buena también cumple con lo dicho eh jugado hasta 2 semanas sin cargarlos y aguantan (dependiendo también el uso que le de uno) en mi opinión son muy buenos!
