Bought as a replacement
Bought this phone to replace my Google pixel 7 pro. The screen broke on that and instead of paying $250 for the screen alone I decided to try my luck with a cheaper option. I’ve never used a Revvel phone before so I wasn’t sure what I was getting into.The phone is pretty good overall. The screen quality is decent enough and I haven’t had any issues with any of my apps.The downside is the battery, at a full charge it the battery will die in about half a day. The phone charges quick so it’s not much of an issue. Takes a little over an hour to fully charge. (I did not use the provided charger, I have my own).Setting it up was quick and easy too. Popped my sim card out and put it into this phone and was ready to go.The overal build doesn’t feel or look cheap either. It is a refurbished phone but came looking brand new. No scratches, dents, or anything else.The back camera is pretty good however the front camera is not that good.Well worth the money I paid for what it is. If you need a backup phone or a cheap option I would suggest trying it out.

Steamed workplace app installed- runs slow- to bulky
When I got the phone I went through the steps of setting up my phone with my Google account and everything else and it seemed fine. Suddenly out of nowhere the phone factory reset itself and went into some kind of workplace mode that is being run by an app called “Sennco DCP” I keep getting notifications saying “remember your workplace can see everything you’re doing” I’ve tried to uninstall the apps without success it just won’t go away. Aside from that very strange detail the phone is big and bulky it feels awkward to hold it’s not comfortable. It can take hours and hours and hours for the battery to fully charge I mean I’m talking 6 to 8 hours it’s ridiculous this phone battery it’s horrible and when she finally do get the phone to charge completely the battery runs out within just a few hours it takes longer to charge it than it does for it to use up the entire battery. everything on the phone is slow anytime I tap on something it takes forever for it to pull up or change I’m just used to faster working devices I guess. But I’ve already spent the money and the other options in my price range don’t quite meet the qualifications I want for my phone so it looks like I’m stuck with this one.

Decent phone
It’s a decent phone but when I took it to T-Mobile to have it activated they told me it was a demo that wasn’t supposed to be sold and I couldn’t get the insurance on it

A very reliable phone. I have had only one time that it did not do what I wanted. The camera could not be found by Google Chrome. I could not talk to my doctor over the Teledoc system. My Samsung phone, before I got this phone, was able to talk to my doctor easily . Other than that, this is a reliable phone with a great battery. I tend to run a battery dry, and then recharge all night. We just passed the date that I could send the phone back, and I have decided to keep it. It is a reliable phone

It’s Not Carrier Unlocked
I saw the 2 options for this phone with one saying its unlocked for $10 more. I have a different carrier than T-Mobile but Its going to take a few days to get it manually unlocked now. Everything else is good about it!

nice phone
dont know what these ppl are talking about. the phone arrived EARLIER then the delvery window i opened the box slid in the Consumer cellular sim made a call to my wife and the call went through NO PROBLEMS!!!! cant say anything about the other phones that are the same but this phone IS UNLOCKED!!! i even looked at the SIM info and it said your phone is unlocked. so yes i would order from this seller again. besides the typical T mobile BLOATWARE ITS NOT SLOW thinking some of the reviews they were expecting a TESLA and got a FORD!! ð¤£ð¤£

Not a good product.
I highly recommend people not buy this product unless you want a locked device. I know the description reads it as an unlocked device but that just isn’t true. T-Mobile cannot even unlock the device. I’m in the process of returning mine. My recommendation is do not buy this product. Just a waste of time and money.
