Love the tablet, hate the keyboard and mouse.
Tablet is perfect for my needs. Screen is large, clear and responsive. However, the folio cover is a poor design, leaving nowhere for the keyboard to sit stationary while in use. Also, the mouse was unusable because there was no way for it to connect to the tablet (smh), which is a huge problem as there is no track pad on the keyboard. You’re left with utilizing the tablet touchscreen to move around and the keyboard to type. VERY inconvenient and annoying. I would advise getting the Meetion Wireless Keyboard and Mouse (see my review of this product here on Amazon) to go with this tablet so you don’t have to go through the same headaches as I did. Trust me on this. Or just buy a different tablet/keyboard combo. Maybe you’ll fare better with that.

We love it!!
At such a low price I didn’t know what to expect. But this little tablet does everything we wanted it to do plus a few things we weren’t expecting. My goal here was to give my wife some basic computer access when she was traveling but she is now getting her emails and is able to keep up on Facebook, which is a pleasant surprise. The art app that came with the tablet has also got my wife captivated… she can’t put it down. Battery holds up well and recharges relatively quickly. My only disappointment is that it didn’t come with earbuds. Otherwise, we love it and would thoroughly recommend it.

Excellent tablet for price, hard to find a case though
I had a Q3 from this manufacturer and it was just slow, always running out of space, memory was always low… I could go on. So I decided to take the plunge and get the Q6 to replace it.The cons are lacking. Battery life is a bit better than the Q3. I can have a good amount of time playing games while waiting for appointments and what have you. But it isn’t a really long time between charges. Good thing is it does charge quickly. But let’s go to the included case. I got a case on both. They both are flimsy. The first one, I asked for a shockproof case recommendation and they easily gave me one. This one, though, I asked for a recommendation, both before and after purchasing the tablet, and I got that this case should be sufficient. No. It isn’t. I’m still trying to figure out a shockproof case that is suitable for this one, as I do not want a universal case that blocks any use of the camera in the rear. That part is what I am severely disappointed with in my purchase. Oh and my last thing… One part says Android 12, but another says Android 13, and on here, it says 13. It’s definitely Android 13, though lacking the ability to scramble your pin pad.The pros are simple enough. More speed, more space, different colors, the keyboard addition and the mouse addition is good. That was another selling point for this and it definitely hasn’t disappointed.Despite the case issues, I went ahead and gave it a 5 star rating. It’s definitely worth the money.*Amending my review… 09/08/2024*Good luck finding a shockproof case and the case coming with this lasting. And good luck getting anywhere with the Facetel customer service for the simple answer to obtaining a recommendation for such a case. I wanted a shockproof case because I take this with me into places where if it drops, it has to survive a fall. Think floors like you would have in a school or hospital setting. This one is smashed rather badly in the corners and it’s almost ready to fall out of the case. I don’t want a universal case because they dont offer the protection that you think they would. All I get from the one person who was recommended to me was that this came with a case. Nice try. It won’t last, or at least that’s what I kept saying. I finally sent a new ticket in two weeks ago, and I have yet to get a reply back.Their customer service has gone way down. I have amended my review and taken off stars… Unless they do decide to get back to me and give me a proper recommendation for a different case, preferably a shockproof one. These aren’t easy to find a case for. So be careful with your own. Or you may end up in the loop I’m currently in.
