TOZO does everything right
I bought my first set of HTs some years ago and they made me a customer for life! They were a good buy for sure and yes, I DO read reviews and this will be a great one. I loved my first set and in fact I still use them for literally hours every day. My husband is going to stroke out before the election. Nothing but news ALL. THE. TIME. Those old headphones have saved my marriage, I swear! I have had music, podcasts, YouTube watercolor tutorials an so forth. What I am saying is, these things have amazing sound, but also wear like iron. They are still chugging along, so I just bought a new set, as I practically live in them till this h§llscape we are living in now, is over on November 5th. I in fact am wearing them now!I was excited to get them charged and ready. My blue old set have gotten a lot of wear and tear, and I wanted an updated set. I love that these have volume etc but my absolute go-to buttons are NC (noise canceling modes) and the âpauseâ button. Even pauses YouTube vids with an ear tap. I hooked up my new red ones and waited. And waited. Three days I tried everything to no success. They just never charged. They are gorgeous red ones (color is just a great perk!) but I just happened to get a bum battery. It happens, what counts is the customer support! TOZO has THE best CS I have ever encountered, hand to God. I contacted the company itself as TOZO has a nice website and so. many. choices. If I were richer, I would be early Xmas shopping!They answered my email within hours of my sending it. We corresponded back and forth a few times and my rep was wonderful to deal with. Within 36 hours I received a email telling me I was getting a new set immediately, and didnât have to send back the bad battery item. I am floored! Not only are these headphones a great price, have great sound, lightweight, comfy and they are so sturdy, the companyâs responsiveness, the great customer service, and the swiftness of response is second to none. I am 70 years old and have shopped on Amazon since it first became a âthingâ and was just books and book adjacent merch being sold. In all those years, this truly is the absolute best customer service and attention to the customerâs needs that my shopping career has encountered. Super comfortable and super sound!
I don’t understand why people pay over $100 or sometimes over $500 for headphones. When you can get something like this, which is so acoustically perfect and sound, which is so comfortable, which is so easy to use. The price is phenomenal, the Bluetooth connectivity is very accurate, the buttons have a tactile feel to them, I dropped them once, nothing happened to them, so it seems to be very durable. The fit is excellent, because it is adjustable it should fit everybody’s head. I’m not sure about everybody’s ear though. The battery life is amazing! I charged it once many weeks ago, and I’ve used it regularly, as I watch my Roku TV at night and I attach the cord from the headphones to my Roku remote. Haven’t had to charge it yet. So I’m very impressed. The color is the standard black, it would have been nice if they had made a different color but you can’t complain because the price is perfect.As mentioned before, I dropped it once and nothing happened to it. So it has a durable build quality to it.

The colors are great. Let’s you express your style. They are comfortable, have great sound, very affordable, and they connect quickly. My tipping point to get these was the fact they have an app that allows you to adjust the EQ to create your individualized preferences. More bass? Go for it? More treble? Sure! More mids? Yup , do it. I like that option. Plus it recommends other users adjustments to take aome.guess work out of it. Very cool. I headed to get the earbuds next with wireless charging and rhe same feature. Oh. Active noise cancellation could be a little stronger but it does work pretty good. It’s not totally silent but noise has to be pretty loud to seep through. Volume gets loud. Not unsafe loud but close. Lol got them for a place ride and not at all disappointed. The pass thru was great so I could hear my stuff and the flight crew.Go try them.

Top Tier Quality for Price Point
Ive had Tozo earbuds prior to this purchase and loved them. Iâve had these Tozoâs for months now and I have no real complaints. The sound quality is clear and crisp, sometimes the bass can chip in and out but thatâs probably due to how I have my EQ tuned. Comfortable on my head, sometimes I forget I even have them on. The battery life is insane. I usually use them during my gym sessions(3-4hours) and I donât have to charge them until maybe four or five days later. If youâre looking for durable headphones that have great quality, fit comfortably and sound great for a great price, TOZO is the way to go.

I haven’t downloaded the app, you don’t need it to use these and so far these have good clear high and mid sound with adequate bass – I like the roominess in the earcups, my ears don’t hurt after wearing them for the whole day. The flat cushion head bar takes a bit to get used to but its not bad. I use them for sound isolation as well as music. Will update my review if anything changes as its only been a week. I bought used like new – The seller USTOZO is very responsive when approached so 5 stars for both.

Absolutely love these. I use them pretty much every night, and I can use them for usually two/three nights in a row without having to charge them.The sound is Absolutely great. The noise canceling is awesome. Can’t hear anything when both are on listening to music.The app makes them even more cool because you can customize everything about your sound

Espectacular sonido. El ANR más que aceptable y no molesta, a diferencia de otros que son más agresivos y ejercen como presión en los oÃdos.Probé 3. Los Sony WH-CH720N, los Soundcore de Anker Q30 y éstos. Al final me quedé con éstos. Son los que mejor suenan sin necesidad de equalizar. Los Sony eran muy cómodos, pesaban menos. Pero el sonido era más pobre. Los Q30 eran un poco armatostes y el sonido sin equalizar tenÃa graves excesivos. Usando el equalizar mejoraban. Pero al final, me convence más el sonido de los Tozo. Son comodÃsimos. Aunque pesan un poco, son muy ergonómicos, se adaptan a la cabeza, no se caen y te acabas acostumbrando. Los he usado durante pedidos de entre media hora y una hora sin ningún problema.En general, una compra estupenda.El único “pero”, que el aviso de baterÃa baja empieza a sonar cuando queda un 30%, que se me hace un poco pronto.He contactado con la compañÃa y me han dicho que lo van a solucionar en una próxima actualización. Esperemos que sea asÃ.Pero vamos, la baterÃa dura una barbaridad, asà que tampoco supone un problema. Desde el 100% al 30% pueden pasar varios dÃas.
