Replaced Rebel trac fone with Blu View trac fone no problem transfer of trac fone account . great phone

Not impressed lots of problems.
Phone locks up frequently. Open more than one page…the first one may close. Programs are constantly giving errors and have to be exited. No way to put any apps on a SD card…only photos and videos. Help site for company asks for a part number….won’t let you submit without it. There is no part number. The actual phone name which is under settings is not a choice to ask for help. Can’t submit request without it. So much for a supposedly American product.

Nice phone
This a reasonably priced smart phone. Seems well made and easy to figure out. One problem is I can’t figure out how to turn flash light on and off. Comes loaded with a lot of games which I uninstalled. Many features of a much more expensive phone. Only had it a week but so far I like it !
