Excellent product and outstanding technical support
I found the device fast, convenient, and easy to install and use. I had only one issue – the unit supports a 2/ 1/2 inch SSD but mine was not working. After a few emails with technical support, they sent me replacement parts but it still had a problem so they replaced the entire device. Technical support was very responsive, often in hours rather than days. I really like the device and highly recommend it, both for itself and particularly for the outstanding technical support. I would select trigkey for any of their devices.

Desktop power in a mini size
These are an excellent value compared to what youâd find in a local discount or electronics store. Just comparing the processor and hard drive size these things are mini powerhouses. The drawbacks are no chance of ever installing a graphics card unless itâs an external with several internal mods made. So far Iâve purchased 2 of these and always opt for the largest memory offered since itâs shared between for graphics. As far as gaming it will run Roblox without sweating as most any computer can but forget about any AAA game running on epic settings. Itâs not really what these are for anyway. Best Iâve used these for is CAD software and different 3d slicing software and this is where this mini really shines. No freezing and wondering if the program is going to crash or stop responding, it just works.

For under $350 USD, this can’t be beat.
To keep this review short, this thing is constantly on running 3 VMs (2 Windows 11 dev VMs and 1 Ubuntu VM, occasionally a Minecraft server and it hasn’t failed at all. I have it on a restart schedule for once a week, and it’s been fully operational for over a year. If you want a low powered box for VMs, this is a no-brainer.

GREAT MINI PC
Works great for streaming and handles most games with ease! It does run warm when gaming (about 80 degrees Celsius,rated up to 105) but with a little management it runs perfect!Games it struggles with graphics on high settings is, Horizon 5, Texas chainsaw, and American truck sim (ultra settings) that’s what I have found so far but they are still playable!Super small and fits anywhere and best part it is extremely quite absolutely no noise at all!

So Far Beyond Satisfied
Im super stoked with the unit and highly impressed with the size and speed of this little mini pc.After researching several mini pcs I broke down and and bought one to give it a try. My older pcs were not able to be upgraded any further and as of 2025 my windows 10 would stop updates on my pc and 2 laptops.I have my reservations about the windows 11 look but will most likely get used to it the more I use it. I do however like the cleansliness of the screen upon starting the pc.The pc itself is superfast to startup and shut down and loads pages and apps fast. With all my software now running from the web instead of installed softwares, this unit has so far been a good purchase for me.The price was nice too!

Now that it is out of the return period, it’s cracked the bed. First it refused to render any games, acting like it had no gfx card, now it won’t even output video at all. Bag

I recently got this for myself as a little toy to play with! It does have a few concerns I ran into pretty quick, but I ultimately was able to overcome them.Pros:- It looks pretty sexy. It’s just a tiny little thing and it packs a punch with the 5800H 8 Core Processor in there (see image for Geekbench)- It’s overall fast in many areas! Processor is great, NVMe drive is great (see image for Crystal Benchmark)! Ram seems pretty good.- Worked out of the box with 3 Displays- Fan is quiet for the majority of the time and when it does spin up, it’s not annoying.- Seems to manage the temperature well. A lot of Mini PCs suffer from temp issues.- Made a Youtube video on Clipchamp and I was surprised at how well it handled buffering and exporting the movie.Cons:- Ran into issues really quickly with RJ45 port not working at all. Eventually got it working. Apparently Trigkey and Beelink are either the same company or sister companies. On the Beelink forums, I was able to find a suggestion to reset the CMOS for about 10 seconds while the unit is unplugged, and leave it that way for 30 seconds. Then plug everything back in. It did work after that (finally). I tried updating every driver version I could find with no success.- Had issues with USB C. On first boot all 3 monitors were working. After a reboot the USB C display received the power, but not signal to my 3rd monitor. I troubleshooted the crap out of that with Windows Updates, Optional Updates, a full install of AMD Drivers, and even trying Linux. Nothing really worked until I unplugged everything, and then plugged it back in, and then magically the 3rd monitor started working. It was pretty annoying. But now that it’s on, I haven’t had any other issues.- Some of the ports are hard to plug things into. I imagine cause it’s not lined up perfectly with the body… but not a big deal.- Reached out to support earlier today… no response as of yet. From what I see from others experiences, the support for the product is pretty dismal.- Iâve been having some trouble with my displays after walking from sleep. I have to reboot the machine to get them all working again.Overall I’m……satisfied with it. I wish it didn’t have such a rocky start but the kinks have been worked out so far. If it keeps up the good work, I’ll possibly adjust this to 4 stars, but for now I’ll keep it at 3.

I was considering building a custom server or buying a prebuild server like dell optiplex or umbrel, stumbled across this mini PC while following guides.Well worth the money for the spec. I have it setup with plex and many other automated solutions to feed into my cloud storage and media storage.1 click setup, windows was preinstalled.Have remote desktop setup as it’s the pro version so I just leave it hooked up to the router and no screen or devices attached other than the storage drives.Very low wattage so it costs a lot less to run 24/7 than my main PC which is why I wanted this. Great product ð

Replaced an 10 yr old laptop and I was blown away at how fast this little system was. Bought it at a great price (360 plus tax) and bought separate upgrades of 32 GB RAM and an additional 1TB SSD drive. Very easy to configure and a quick YouTube search will show how you can maximize the power setting and RAM output via the BIOS (but if you’re not comfortable tweeking with your systems like that, you don’t have to worry. It’ll work just fine). Fan is super quiet and Ive installed a CPU manager to keep a check on the temp and it hasn’t surpassed 78C and that was only when I popped into steam and played a few resources heavy games.A great little system if you’re not doing too much but the everyday computer work. Highly recommend.

I have had this Trigkey Mini PC for a while now. It is ‘dead-silent’ and has performed flawlessly for me so far! It is fast, takes up almost no space, and it’s only drawback is limited connectivity, but I added a powered USB bar for $20 and a 1TB SSD expansion drive, so It’s more than adequate for my needs! Don’t need a screamin’ gaming PC, and this is perfect!
