Great phone, slim, Ulefone Customer Service is tops
This phone has a great feature set, and is pretty darn slim relative to other rugged phones.I had an issue where mine, when put on a wireless charger (including Ulefone’s 50W wireless charger), would show as charging, but would actually lose charge percentage as it sat there “charging”. Ulefone Customer Service was great (Daniel is a rockstar!) – they have worked with me for the last week to try and get things working or to at least figure out what was going on. Ultimately it ended up that I would need to get a replacement through Amazon. This troubleshooting period gave me time to think on what I liked and did not like about this phone (outside of the wireless charging issue). It felt great in the hand – it was slim compared to my 18 Ultra, and fit much better in a pocket. Android 14 is nice. The night cam and the thermal cam are really cool, and the thermal cam came in handy for a project or two around the apartment as well as the motorcycle. That cam island on the back of the phone, though, is huge. And unfortunately, it is all glass. I usually have to replace a phone due to one of three reasons: The USB port dies, I break the screen, or I crack a camera lens. I’m probably being paranoid, but I can see myself dropping this phone, or hitting something while it’s in my pocket, and cracking that huge piece of glass that covers the camera island, which could possibly affect any of the lenses covered by that glass.I could use a case (I did get two), but that takes away from the slim-ness that drew me to this phone. I could use a case, but I think one of the reasons for getting a “rugged” or “tough” phone is to not need a case. The camera island on this phone makes me feel like it really needs to be in a case.So instead of getting a replacement, I returned the phone. My (recently new) 18 Ultra is still awesome (though not without its own small issues). I will definitely consider Ulefone devices moving forward, if for no other reason than how awesome it was dealing with their Customer Service.I highly recommend this phone in place of any of the current big-name flagships that are out at the moment. But with the wireless charging not working out of the box (on mine), and feeling like the camera island / lenses were easily susceptible to damage, this particular phone is just not for me.

Phone is just ok. Good Battery Life.
Loved phone at first. Sound quality is very loud and clear. Battery Life is better than most. Phone is a nice size and feels strong and durable.Only issue is the software. My phone freezes at least once a week and I am forced to restart each time.Other than that a very good phone.

Very Glitchy but the functions are cool
I’m very hard on phones and decided on this one because it’s supposed to be indestructible (great drop rating/ water proof). It also had some nice luxuries like the thermovue, the underwater camera and the extra outdoor accessories (compass, protracter, height measurement, etc). It has the IR function which I didn’t care about but I could see it being convenient. I loved it for the first few days. But I’m having a really hard time with it and I’ve had it for less than 1 week. The apps are supposed to work effortlessly and they don’t. I haven’t even downloaded all the ones I need just for everyday life (mobile payments, school apps, library, calendar). I don’t have games on my phone, I don’t even watch shows on my phone and it’s struggling to open apps, and there are long delays in between the command and the function taking place. My big one is the camera. There are times when it snaps the pictures quickly, like normal and others when it has a delay. I’m not on different settings. As a parent of toddlers, the quick capture is essential to getting the pictures I want because a delay of 2-4 seconds means the shot is gone. The underwater camera was a huge selling point. I have gotten some amazing shots but the phone is horrible to deal with. First off, my phone did not come with the seals for the charging port or the speakers. I tested it the way it came to me and the phone does work. However, using the phone with the underwater camera means that I’m essentially out of a phone. The first time I used it it took about 8 hours before I could use the touchscreen/phone buttons normally or make phone calls and be heard. Even after drying it off the touch screen didn’t respond. I started taping the buttons and the ports. I taped everything but the volume buttons. That did help but the touchscreen is still very slow to respond – if it responds at all – for at least an hour. If I use the camera for a bit, then wrap it in towels then put it in front of a fan when I get home, it does help. But that’s a big pain. The Thermo Vue is really cool. The first 4-5 times I opened the app, it worked beautifully. After that it’s been … pixelated? The view has been obscured by pixels of the colors of the current theme and the environment can be seen through it a little. There is no set time I’ve found that it returns to normal, it varies. Restarting the app hasn’t changed things for me.The speakers are weak.In all, I’m really disappointed. I’ve never paid this much for a phone but with it’s indestructible claims I was willing to take a chance. I’m going to be sending it back as soon as I can find another phone.

Outstanding Phone
I have Verizon service and T-mobile nano-sim for work, this phone will use both, Two nano sims and still have room for an sd-card. The Interface is top-notch industry standard. The thermal camera works nicely. The battery is big and you won’t need a phone case. 3.5mm earphone jack is covered. Fingerprint sensor in the button actually works well. FM radio, NFC! Oh and the custom button is workable and easy to use and configure. Best phone ever it beats them all.

Pienamente soddisfatto
