An inexpensive mid-range phone
I’ve been using the phone for a little over a week now, which is standard for me before I submit my reviews.This gives me a little time to dig into the product and get past the initial WOW factor.And here we are, and I’m still digging this phone.Battery life is more than enough to power through a full day of use, I usually end the day with around 20% left. Not too shabby.This is not a small phone, nor is it bulky or hard to handle. The blue finish on the back is absolutely gorgeous and well done.The screen is clear and bright, text is very readable and colors pop. This is definitely ‘media consumption’ friendly.Camera array works well, especially at this price point. Add in the temperature sensor, which at first I thought was gimmicky, but is actually more accurate then I expected. Much easier than trying to scrounge around for the thermometer that is always lost in a drawer.There is a 2MP macro lens and a 16MP ultra wide lens along with the 48MP main camera.There is a user programmable button on the left side of the phone, which is implemented very well. I currently have it set for single press turns on the flashlight and long press opens the temperature sensor. Extremely handy.The power button on the right side does double duty as the fingerprint reader and work as well as any FPS I’ve used on other phones.The MediaTek G80 processor performs much better than I expected, is it as fast as a flagship phone? No. Does it offer stutter free performance during everyday use? Absolutely.Almost forgot to mention that it supports two sims plus an SD card at the same time – 3 separate slots, not two.And hey, it has a feature that flagship phones have abandoned in search of higher profits through peripheral sales – a headphone jack!There is one feature that I feel is missing, and that’s support for NFC so that I could use it for contactless payments, but that’s not a deal breaker at this price point.Umidigi invested their money in design and features that would exceed the price they are charging for this phone. It really is an overachiever.Again, Umidigi built a inexpensive mid-range phone with little features that will surprise and is a purchase that you will not regret.

Weak signal and cannot be connected
Dear Sir:I purchased one of your phones and have been using it for over six months now. I was initially impressed with its features and design, but over time I have noticed a significant decline in its performance.Specifically, the network connection is bad and the signal has been getting weaker and weaker, and now one of the SIM card does not work at all ï¼please see Fig -1, from your product and Fig-2 from other manufacture). I have to call network provider, and make sure their network work fine. The weak signal has caused a lot of inconvenience and frustration for me, as I rely on my phone for both personal and professional communication.I am writing this review to express my disappointment in the quality of the product and to bring this issue to your attention. I would appreciate a prompt resolution to this matter, and hope that you can either repair the phone or offer me a replacement.Thank you for your time and attention.Jiannan

WORKS WITH VERIZON 4G–GOOD PHONE
I bought an Umidigi Bison 2 Pro to replace my dying iPhone 8. The Bison is big, heavy, has a ‘built-in’ case, and is water-proof, AND WORKS WITH VERIZON 4G! (See my review of the Umidigi Bison 2 Pro) It’s great for rugged use and travel.However, I wanted a smaller, lighter device for everyday use. I bought the A11 to fill those requirements and to not blow the budget. Since it has the same specifications as the Bison, I figured it would work with Verizon….. And, it is just the size that I wanted and has all of the features that I need, FOR A BARGAIN PRICE!!!!! The cost Bison 2 Pro and A11 is around HALF THE PRICE OF AN iPhone 13!!!!!! So much for ever buying Apple again! These phones work with Verizon just fine (4G, I really don’t need 5G, and it isn’t available here), link to my hearing aids with Bluetooth, and are fast enough for me (I’m not a gamer, so I can’t speak to that).The build quality seems good, and they don’t have a lot of extraneous, built-in software. They have good memory size and are expandable with SD cards (I have a total of 256Gb on the A11 and 512Gb on the Bison!) Gee, can’t expand that iPhone, can you?!!!!!!!YES, I WOULD BUY ANOTHER UMIDIGI DEVICE!

Could be a great phone if this is what you need.
Got this because my niece needs new cellphone. She doesn’t need much so I think this will work nice for her. In general, the cell phone is low-end, so you cannot demand much of it. The camera is ok (I guess) in good light, otherwise, don’t even bother taking a photo. I upload a couple of images taken from this phone and my iPhone 12 mini for comparison. The screen is huge, if you like that and the viewing angles are excellent, but I know I had a lot of accidental clicks. The functionality is expected for this processor, it is not so good, because it is noticeable that it costs it to work fluently. Very basic games work fine but don’t expect to perform well with games that require current graphics processing. For calls it works just as it should, the sound is good, even the speaker. Bluetooth connectivity is adequate too. Fingerprint reader work fine, face recognition is mediocre; gesture navigation es very good. The thermometer function is a gimmick but a health worker might find a good use of it and comparing it with a proper electronic thermometer, it is very accurate. The battery is huge, hence its weight, but it easily lasts 2 days without charging. It also takes many hours to charge. I think that if you need an inexpensive phone that works as a telephone and it is not important that it works as a fast multimedia device, you will not regret it.

Made in China so it didn’t last long partially my fault. Amazing account of memory ram and it comes vr ready which I didn’t know when I bought if have paid more for it. Great video quality the VR alone makes it worth the price. And q Link compatible.
