SCAMMMMMMMMM CITTTYYYYYY.
IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD !!!!!!!This phone is not a USA phone. Purchased this phone for my mom FOR CHRISTMAS and itâs completely unusable HOW EMBARRASSING). Wonât even work with Wi-Fi. We took it to cricket and the sales associate told us that itâs not a real phone. Looks like one but doesnât have the software to run it. It is in fact NOT COMPATIBLE like the listing says. Please do not waste your money on this phone.

Phone caught on fire!!!!ð£ð¥ð¥ð¥ð£
For the first month or to the phone worked, but then it started to lag and one day while driving my daughter to school I hooked it up to the charger and my car and the charging port caught on fire this is the first time anything like that has ever happened ever. Well it didn’t burn all the way and I threw the charger away because it was destroyed but when I got home I put it on an entirely different charger in the house and it done it again needless to say that left me without a phone because I couldn’t get it to charge anymore after that.

Few directions
The phone was some what difficult setting up but eventually figured things out. One thing I can’t not figure out how to take a screen shot and the user guide has nothing about this. In fact there are extremely limited information in the user guide. The stylus pen is getting stuck to far in when put away. Also I cannot find any phone covers that will fit the phone other than the clear one included. I thought the Galaxy ultra that has same size screen but this phone has square corners and covers fir Galaxy are rounded so will not fit. Needs more directions sent with phone and a link for any accessories available such as additional phone covers.
