Charging Note:

How To Enter The Low Current Mode? In the power-on state, after connecting the low-current devices, long-press the power button for 2 seconds, the second digit on the LED display will rotate once every five seconds, which means the power bank enters the low current mode.
How To Exit The Low Current Mode? To exit the low current mode, press and hold the button for 2 seconds or double click the button to turn off the power to exit the low current mode.*PLEASE NOTE: Most devices such as Bluetooth headsets and watches need to be switched to low current mode to charge their devices when using this power bank. Otherwise, this power bank can’t charge the low-current devices.

Works great but didnt get color I ordered
It works as intended charges my phone super fast really portable and easy to use just plug and play dont need to click a button for it to charge your phone as soon as its plugged in it gets to charging to built in cables are truly amazing and work well they are small cables so keep that in mind about 4 inches each but they work great it its a value for money Battery Life, is great. The size its a little chunky and a bit heavy but i dont have any issues fitting it into my pocket the versatility of the cords really are a life saver. It does start to heat up a little bit under load doesnt get super hot just noticeably warm great product i would buy again.

This portable charger charges my samsung galaxy s24 ultra completely in a matter of 40-50 minutes. And still has enough juice for 2 more charges. It’s excellent build quality and decently heavy. The best part is it can be used for both android and iphone!

Good product
This is a great charger until it stopped working about 6 months in. It still charges itself perfectly but will no longer charge my iPhone with the attached cable. We had the same problem with the 10000 mAH charger prior to this. Iâve tried finding a way to contact customer service to see if there is a way to reset the chargers but havenât had luck yet.

Big and heavy
Really like this device. It has built in cables for just about anything, built in wall plug, and lots of power. It is big and hefty though, a bit more than I had imagined. You might want to go with the 10,000mAh version if the weight and size might be an issue. However, it is nice to have lots of power to spare. Could probably charge most phones from dead to full about 3 times, the smaller one probably about 1.5 times.If you are charging the power bank by plugging it directly into an outlet, it has full power pass-through device charging while charging the bank as well. If charging the power bank via the USB C port, the pass-through charging is only 1 amp until the power bank itself is fully charged. However, the USB C charging option can charge the power bank about twice as fast (6 hours instead of 11 hours). Also, this gives you the option to charge the power bank while in the car. It could be easy to confuse the USB-C input port as an output port, it does say “in” in tiny letters but that would be easy to overlook.This could replace your wall adaptor and cord, though you might want longer cords if you want to use the device while charging or you want to charge multiple devices at once.It can charge low power devices (e.g. earbuds) as well but it needs to be put in low power charging mode. Otherwise, it simply does not charge the device. To put in low power charging mode: With the device connected, hold down power button for 2 seconds. Every 5 seconds, the last digit will rotate. Double click to get it back to normal charging mode.

I thought I was buying 2! My mistake!!
I was surprised when only one was in the box! The photos of 2 are simply showing front and back. My fault, I didn’t read it carefully enough. The vendor remind us to consider the size and weight before purchasing. They are larger than I expected and weigh more. Christmas gifts so it hasn’t been used yet. I originally bought for my grandkids but am reconsidering due to weight. They look well constructed and I’m still happy with the purchase. Check the back of the box for the color you received, all the photos on the box are black. Also, I bought 2 colors. Blue is a perfect navy blue. But the green is more sky blue.

Stopped working after couple months
After having it for about 2 1/2 months, the lightning port side that charges the iPhones and iPads stopped putting out power. I contacted Support from the manufacturer and they have not contacted me yet. Supposedly it has 18 months of warranty left on it so we will find out How Customer Service reacts.I do like the fact that it does last a long time and you can charge your devices multiple times as long as it was working, It was really nice.
