This is junk, DO NOT BUY!!
Wireless no longer works, it’s not drivers the hardware just isn’t detected. I’m so mad because of course, it breaks after the return period. So now I have a $300 brick that I cant even connect to the internet. Buyers beware DO NOT BUY this junk!

Didnât last a year
This is lightweight & perfect size but computer didnât last even a year. I stated having problems after 4 months. The screen would just look like it was frying. Then it would clear up after about a day or 2. Then finally after about another 2-3 months, it completely stopped working. Waste of money

Keyboard stopped working after 1 monthpls
I got this laptop Sept, 2023. I didn’t use it more than twice and the keyboard stopped working. Please do not buy. It’s my worst buy on Amazon ð ðNow the laptop does not even come on. I called Amazon and they tell me it’s out of return window and that I should contact seller directly. I paid close to $300 for this item. It’s a horrible experience.

Poorly placed power button. Charging cord is very flimsy. Had to buy a new charger.

Computer wouldnât charge
Computer came and would never charge so my son was never able to use it as it arrived dead. I donât know if it was a computer error or charger error, but it was unusable upon arrival.

Terrible laptop, it should not even be allowed to carry the name laptop. From the first day the window start button kept popping up. A couple of weeks later charging the laptop got faulty and now it wont even boot. I am outside the warranty period already so I have lost almost $ 300 on this laptop. Please people dont buy this laptop or any similar items from these external sellers. I might as well could have burned my money.

Labtop not for me
I had bought this laptop for work from home and it just wasnât a good fit. The battery life was to short on a 8 hr work shift need to charge 3 times. It also would just shut off on its own no warning which caused it to be very frustrating while working. I did however enjoy the touch screen feature and the foldable tablet setting.

This laptop was a nice gift for my son to replace one that had been broken I purchased in February and now weeks late the laptop is asking for a product key code that I never received, hence the 2 stars… UPDATE seller responded very fast to provide the product keys so I shall double back and give 5 stars
