Great beverage fridge, great customer service
We ordered the refrigerator in early November. After looking at beverage refrigerators in the stores and show rooms that were 3-4x as expensive as this one, and reading many, many reviews, we chose this refrigerator, in part, because we liked the two doors, two climates, and the positive reviews regarding customer service. After reading reviews on multiple sites, about multiple brands of refrigerators (many much more expensive than this one) it seems they all have potential for failure issues, so picking one with a good customer service seemed very important. The service team emailed throughout the process with helpful instructions. Upon arrival, it was packed very, very well, and was also quite heavy. When we unpacked the fridge, the top of the fridge had a bump on it and one of the fridge doors was subsequently sitting lower than the other. The service team sent new hinges, which we installed to help align the doors a little bit better. I also appreciate the service team making this right with their prompt responses. The beverage fridge looks great, works great, and holds the temperature on both sides well. A friend suggested always keeping these fairly full of cans/wine so that the fridge doesn’t have to work as hard to keep an empty space cold. It looks very nice, the blue lights are a cool feature, and it is QUIET! (Many reviews of other brands noted loudness). We are pleased so far.

I find the Velieta to be the lowest priced dual zoned unit in its capacity class (177). Personally, I was not looking for a high-end unit. Both arrived within 5 days and on schedule. 2 units purchased at the same time. I was sent an initial text to confirm the delivery date and a 2nd text when the driver was 30 minutes away. Delivery guys placed each unit where I instructed. I unpackaged the units, installed the handles and started the units. I started placing bottles in gradually over the course of the next few days.After 7 days, both units are working perfectly. Minimal noise, bright lighting. I’m not testing the temperature independently, but the bottles are certainly chilled. The digital thermostat reads a 10-degree separation between the top zone and the bottom zone.I purchased this unit because it seemed to be appropriate for a mix of bottle sizes, and I’ve been able to store 750’s and mags, BDX, NapaCabs, Champagne, Ports alike. While most racks are typical BDX, they can hold similar sized bottles, and there are 3 racks that are oversized at the top, middle and bottom of the unit.Within 2 days after shipment, Velieta emailed me to check the status of the shipment and again after 5 days to check the cooling status on the units. They also emailed an extended warranty which they provided at no extra charge.I’m giving 5 stars because the units are exactly what I expected for the price, design, features and quality. I’m thrilled with them and will probably buy 2 more.Updated August 2024.Now have 5 of these. They all read the same temp consistently. No issues whatsoever.

Previously had a Vinotemp whichever lasted 25 years. Wanted something less pricy. This product has a sleek design and is well constructed. Like the variable temp aspect. Well priced. Comfortably holds 172 bottlesNote: It is ship dropped. Need two to unwrap and move. Also a little effort needed to balance it.

Itâs noisy
Great looking fridge with a good amount of storage. Only issue I have is itâs kind of loud. Itâs tolerable but if he absolutely hate a little noise itâll bother you. Tv on never hear it.Problem is I built the cabinet around it so returning it isnât really an option.

Great fridge replaced my dishwasher just perfect. Had good adjustability on the feet is for the most part. Quiet. Lots of room and love the adjustable shelves.. cools down quite quick..

Arrived Damaged
This is a beautiful beverage fridge. Very nice lighting and design! We were really disappointed when it arrived with damage to the front left corner. It was dropped on that corner during shipping. As a result the hinge was bent, the refrigerator itself was bent on that top corner and the doors didnât line up.However, customer service was responsive and excellent! Tina sent us new hinges to replace that side and Lily worked on gettting us an extended warranty.The fridge does a great job cooling beverages and it is not loud. So far, we are really enjoying it. I would definitely recommend based on looks and functionality of the fridge, as well as excellent customer service.
